Location closes 7pm on Sundays. I showed up at 6:45pm to get Calamari and Fries for Dinner. Two ladies working there were already locking up the front door and refused to serve me stating closed, but noted closing time is 7pm not 6:45pm. After kindly trying to convince them at door for 5mins to please serve me, since it was not 7pm, but no luck. I ended up calling from the parking lot as still before 7pm and kindly requested the Mangers name. Instead I got a rude response with the lady on the phone saying why should I tell you my Managers name. I have been a regular Opa customer for years, but now I will definitely rethink my options and most likely take my business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional service today and rude behaviour. If you want to lock your Doors at 6:45pm change the closing hours to 6:45pm.

Avoid at all cost. Rude owner and rude staff. You must check the food you recieve because they tend to make a lot of mistakes. The corrected order that they provided came in less than 5 seconds, they took out a completely dried out skewer from a microwave or something, it didn't get prepared on the grille whatsoever like they normally do and just thrown on a plate.

This restaurant is far from authentic Greek cuisine flavor the rice is pretty tasteless the potatoes barely have lemon flavor they taste more like salt than anything else because the owners try and use as little lemon as possible to spend less on lemons as possible how cheap.chicken skewer very tiny overall quality of ingredients is terrible does not taste like real souvlaki at all the owners and his partner/wife don't seem to care just slop food together with cheapest ingredients out there in order to allow for more profit but they sure love to jack up prices stay away from this restaurant it is not Greek food quality sucks DO NOT recommend

Went in to Opas today yo order a Opas platter for two. As the lady was preparing our platter she placed a Greek potato on my rice and it looked burnt I asked her if it was burnt and she said no. Once I got home , as I was serving the platter to my husband the potatoe was burnt and severely dried out. It looked like it had been sitting there all day. I’m very disappointed in the staff that they would serve this to people. Definitely be careful when you eat here. Definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Worst calamari I've had in my life so dry and hard as a rock.
Fries given to me were reheated in oil , the oil was dripping from the fries. I always liked there wrap but this time it was horrible.

Where do I start. We placed our order at around 7:00pm and there was a few other people waiting and three girls working. After 25 minutes a man went up to get a refund cause the wait was extreme. She couldn’t figure out how to refund it to his card so she gave him cash after 10 minutes. Then after 45 minutes the lady saw us with two cups and said “ hey! Did u guys get the pita wraps? Because one of you didn’t pay for your pop, is it okay if I charge you now?” To which we responded “ one is water.” Then they start calling out an order and it was the man’s cancelled order; they never communicated it was cancelled so they made his food before mine. Then we finally got our food after 45 minutes because the staff was moving at the pace of a snail. Then as we were eating a skip the dishes man was waiting for 10 minutes for his order. Who knows if he ever got his order. Slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life !
