I just bought 3 drinks from there. I had a bad previous experience with Boba tea and never tried again until today. My mind was blown im now a Boba tea lover. Service guy was very helpful l. Return customer for sure. Like tonight return

New to Langley so decided to find a go to bubble tea spot. Went in for the first time tonight and was extremely disappointed by the service. The employee who took our order approached with his hood on and abruptly asked what we wanted. Then proceeded to tell me that my order was weird. It was busy so I assumed he was stressed, but he continued to insult my order by announcing my drink by specific ingredients in a confused tone, then informing me one more time that my order was weird when I went to pick it up. (I just got a fruit smoothie with honey…). First and last time I will be coming to this location.

Came here the other day and stood there for 5 mins before anyone took my order. I waited another 5 mins for my drinks and while sitting there I was being attacked by a swarm of fruit flies it was disgusting

I ordered 3 drinks only to receive something that is not even near full. I flipped it upside down to show that it hasn’t been opened and untouched. Paid over $30 for 4 drinks where 3 were like this. No trays were given either. I even tipped you guys cmon ? Not happy :(

Every time I order two drinks here they almost always mess up the sugar levels. I would say "no sugar" for one of my drinks. However, both of them will either have sugar or both of them will have no sugar. This has happened multiple times, even though I emphasized only ONE drink with no sugar.
