The white lady is very rude , i was here for the pickup and she didn’t give me lickup bcz i didn’t had a bag thats fine but she gave another guy pickup after just warning him that he dont have a bag

Like most place prices up service down. Do not order online if your close to this location because you can not get anyone on the phone and your food will most certainly tell you it’s coming on the tracker but keep updating… 1.5 hrs later after watching the delivery on the tracker drive all over the place then drop you off cold pizza this has happened to me twice. They did not offer a refund nor any type of acceptable discount. My suggestion call anyone one directly and order for delivery, just not this Pizza Hut.Also another thing to mention is, if you call Pizza Hut customer service they can’t help you either because each store controls the delivers and online orders. All they can do is try and call them too and you just sit on hold forever.

online ordered at 7 pm, expected pick up time was 7:40. why does it take 2 hours to make one large pizza? i was waiting in the store for over an hour didnt get my pizza untill 9 pm. many other people in the store had also been waiting about 2 hours. don’t go here its not worth the 2 hour wait.

We ordered pizza from this location.Very disappointed with the base of the pizza. I am a baker and I know for a fact that dough seemed to be underdeveloped or missing an ingredient. Crust was very thin and hard.We ordered chicken fajita but it mostly contained onions and each slice had only one small piece of chicken. Not enough cheese either.They are not following recipes standards. Definitely not all the ingredients on the pizza what we paid for.

Eww!! That’s what I felt after I ate the first bite. I like pizza hut pizzas but this pizza tastes like dirty water, smells fish.Undercooked. Terrible taste it had , all the toppings were falling down, the bread was watery, soggy and we saw it is not fully baked after checked inside.. Girls and boys of this pizza hut should need more training.. yikes, I am an avid pizza lover yet couldn’t eat this , that means it’s very bad

Stuffed crust was raw, doughey, totally undercooked, and completely unsliced. Chewing on the crust is like chewing gum. The normal crust was fine. Staff needs additional training to make it correctly, ive had much better at other locations.
Regular visitor of Pizza hut but on Jan 6 when I visited around 1:15 pm there was rude lady standing taking orders. No talking sense and full of arrogance. I was there with my kids and we did not ordered food and went elsewhere , there are lot available in Langley these days with amazing and polite customer serviceSuch a bad experience will prompt me never to visit this place againNo doubt such outlets are loosing ground in the area as no one can tolerate misbehaviourHave been to Pizza Hut outlet across 6 countries and first time left the outlet without ordering anything feeling so bad about a brand I always loved and cherished for years

sent cold food stone cold and missing sauce and cheese so cold wouldn't melt and the chicken is cold so is the cheese sticks when I went to talk to the manager she claims it's my fault like excuse me your store cooked this then she said well you have complained befor well excuse me your restraunt sends out bad quality food looks like a McCains 2.00 fozen pizza and breadsticks and cold chicken like I paid 64.00 dollars for this then the manager blame us I have phone time stamp and bill and my video camera time stamp I wouldn't feed that food to my dog stop blaming the customers and do your dam jobs properly or go elsewhere we pay your wages your supposed to make quality food.This was Langley 200th street Location.Not recommended at all.
