I ordered online from this store today. And I was very happy. I've never ordered from pizza pizza before. But everything was very fast and smooth through the Pizza Pizza app. The driver was very nice. The food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be ordering again from pizza pizza.
Very poor customer service skills at this store. We placed a large order for our business group asking for the order to be ready for pick up at 12:00 pm sharp. When we got there at 11:58 am for the pick up, we were informed that the order was not ready because there was only one person working. I said okay, I waited 10 more minutes and still no signs of the order. Then after 30 minutes, the order came out. I called the customer service line and asked for better service and they offered me a 15% discount. However, after the discount was applied, the store employee angrily stated that I should not get a discount because the employee was working by themselves. Extremely poor communication and customer service skills. We will not order from this location again. Waited an extra 30 minutes for the order. Also, I ordered a specialty pizza because we have some employees who are lactose intolerant and paid extra for it. When I got the order, they made the pizza without any cheese because the vegan cheese wasn't available. An interesting way of doing business.

The Rug Store
I went there today at around 7pm ( Friday 10 Nov; 2023). I asked the girl to replace the pizza sauce with garlic sauce. She made one of most perfect pizza that I have had in a long time. The toppings were spread very evenly, the sauce was to the edge making the crust crispy. Wow, I wish all the locations made the pizzas like this. I am in Abbotsford and there, it is a hit or miss, very rarely I get it nice pizza like this.Thank you.

I've had some good experiences from this location before, but today was particularly offensive. As indicated on their website, our order tracker, our confirmation email and the receipt, their is a time guarantee on our order. The promise is list as 40 minutes in some places and 50 in others, so we can use 50 for fairness. Our order arrived after 65 minutes, so in fairness, we were entitled to claim the time guarantee. The driver refused to honour it and said that I would have to phone the owner of the store to ask if they would allow it. I requested that the driver call the owner on our behalf, and he tried about 5 times without getting through. He held our order hostage and refused complained to me about how the owner won't be reasonable about this. I expressed empathy but I told him that it wasn't right for him to withhold the order from my family while he settles a dispute with his boss. He reluctantly completed our delivery after about 5 more minutes of me pleading for him to not take things out on us. I feel for him having a rough time at work, but we were nothing but patient and as understanding as we could be. I'm so embarrassed that the driver acted out like this. I would never recommend ordering from this location or supporting a business that stresses their employees out to this degree.

We went to superstore for groceries & we thought will eat pizza for dinner tonight & ordered a Xtra Large butter chicken pizza & there is four slices without chicken. Bad service.
