Impeccable service!! At this subway, the worker working around 9:20am today (Mar 25) was one of the best fast food employees I have ever encountered. She was very patient and knew everything on the menu like the back of her hand! She also didn’t just slap the ingredients into my sub and leave half of them falling out after she closed it (can’t say this for most subway employees these days). The washrooms were also very well kept and clean. Subway should give this young woman a raise! My only regret is not getting her name.

9:40 pm on Friday July 28, one girl working at the front. terrible service, Talks rude, rushy & puts very few toppings on subs. charged an extra $2.50 for a handful of rice (they do it free at any other subway location). Will not be back. Also message to the owner, competition in the area between subways exists. And if you’re trying to win over people in the Langley area, you’ve definitely got some work to do

I ordered pickup from the app. When I opened at home, noticed half of the ingredients which I asked were missing and taste was extremely bad!! Disappointing!!
3 weeks ago I was at the same location I ask to grill subway they maid excuse they don’t have paper to use the grill and same thing happen again today I ask the grill working they said yes and than They start rapping my sub with out grilled it I asking why you are not grilling it they told the same store they don’t have papers they use for grill . I THING OWEN OR THIS SUBWAY SO CHEAP NOT PROVIDING PAPER THEY NEED TO USE THE GRILL MIGHT TRYING TO SAVE AOME MONEY ?

I visited this location 3-4 times. The girl in front (Gurjit) is very very friendly. She always greets us with a beautiful smile. She always makes the best stuffed sandwich. Moreover, tries to make customers very comfortable with her friendly nature. I am really satisfied with the food and customer service.
