I don't know how this place survives based on the reviews. We ordered in tonite and it was an overall disappointing experience. The carrot cake was dry, and didn't taste right. A double chocolate cheesecake was ordered, but apparently they were out and took it upon themselves to sub it with what looked like the oreo cheesecake. A big NO NO! You don't ever sub food items without the customer's approval. There's things like allergies to consider for one thing. Plus we don't appreciate paying for something we didn't order. We'll never deal with you people again. Portions have gotten smaller, prices higher, and now can't even count on good customer service or fresh food. I'd give you a zero rating if I could.

The so called Colossal Carrot Cake was tiny. I actually laughed when I opened the bag and saw the depressing little slice. Misleading and way overpriced.

Very overpriced, I expected a larger slice for the price. So hard to find the place because it’s a Townhall, wouldn’t even have known where to pick up if someone in the reviews hadn’t mentioned it. The order was ready in 10 minutes. I had the chocolate cake and it tasted decent. I had asked for utensils but none were included.

We ordered the Cinnabon cheesecake, Mango cheesecake, chocolate cake and mini doughnuts for our family movie night last night. Everything was fresh, really delicious, and packaged in a way that it all arrived in good shape. Thank you, we will definitely be ordering from you again!

Missing half the items in our order. After calling the restaurant, which is Townhall by the way, they said the items weren’t even available. In that case, don’t offer them!

Have ordered a couple times from here and its been a bad experience. I used Door Dash app and both times was delivered the wrong items. End up being charged for delivery fees and tip which dont get refunded either. Will not bother another time.

Try to place an order on skip the dishes called to discuss allergies and the phone number on skip just ring and you can hear people talking and then they hang up. Would be nice to be able to support a business but if they can’t pick up their phone I guess I have no choice but to go else were!
Ordered the white chocolate cheesecake which was absolutely amazing. Also there mini donuts are excellent. Kinda pricey but worth it.

Buy a cake at the grocery store for 1/10th of the price of the thin slice of cakes you get here. Not worth it, not terrible but for the price I expect way better.
