Does Taco Bell not have basic training for employees? Every time I've gone through the drive-thru they haven't repeated my order back to me. Every time there is also something wrong, or missing. Listen to the customer, repeat their order, give them a detailed receipt without a need to ask. How is this difficult to understand? Basic procedure.

Food is to be expected from lower end food place so only complaints I had were I paid for a large drink and didn’t get it so I thought I didn’t order it and payed for it then found it was charged to me they just didn’t give it and went back for refund and received it . Mainly main complaint I have is the 5 layer beef burrito they put 10% max of beef in burrito and filled with blended or fried bean to make it look full and when I complained about this saying they didn’t really put it in there they just asked the worker if they put it in and said that they did put it in instead of just giving me a fair amount in a new burrito just don’t get the 5 layer beef burrito it’s a rip off for what I got .Vegetarian options: Replace with bean options with anything apparently but good enough for vegetarian not vegan

Super bowl day! We got $10 4pieces dark meat chicken, 2 popcorns and 2 flavored fries. A good deal for only $10!

Good restaurant as it has KFC, but Taco Time food in general is not very good. Go to Chipotle or Muchito Burrito if you want decent Mexican food.
