Great coffee. Nice buzz about the place. On street parking. $4.75 for a drip coffee was a little pricey. Would have given 5 stars if they offered refills.

This is another one of those restaurant where I don't understand how it's getting such positive reviews. Our table ordered 2 breakfast nachos to share. One with chicken and one without and you couldn't even taste the chicken. The eggs were were bland. The only time there was any hint of flavour was when you got a bite of guacamole. The hard bean hash was also bland and the garlic toast had no garlic flavor whatsoever. Also had a bite of the Yorkshire Benny with ham and it was extremely salty.

The food was amazing but the table could have been cleaned better. We were there in the morning and it looked like the table was wiped but only as far as the person could reach as there was hair on the far side of the table. But the food was amazing, great breakfast and good coffee.

Was looking forward to taking my niece from out of town here for a breakfast date especially since there is a kids menu for her to pick from. The lower score has to do mostly with the food. I ordered the ham Benny as I had it last weekend at the Port Moody location but the ham wasn’t as flavorful, it was more salty and not very good and the Yorkshire was mushy. The smashed browns were great though. The thing that was most disappointing was the pancake tacos from the kids menu. When my niece barely touched her meal minus the strawberries on the side I asked her if she liked it and she said no. I tried the pancake and it has way too much flavours in it for a child, our server confirmed that there is cinnamon, nutmeg and almond extract. She took it away and asked if she wanted something else and she didn’t want anything but asked if could have some more strawberries since that’s all she liked. Thought it would be another small dish as with the tacos but was a small bowl. We had the community values coupon for a free child’s meal with an adult one, but since she said they took the pancake off the bill and replaced the kids meal w fruit we couldn’t use it. This is unfortunate as we didn’t even get to use it and then paid the same amount as a kids meal for a side of fruit. Wish this would have been explained at the time or we would have been able to use it since it would have made the experience a bit better versus paying more for unenjoyable food. If she liked the food we wouldn’t have been charged for a sub.Kid-friendliness: To much flavour profile in food for a child’s palette. Pancakes for kids shouldn’t be heavy on added spices.

Cane here during Mother’s Day brunch. There were a few people outside waiting, we were told it will be an hour wait but we can sit at the bar with no line up. There were about 6 empty tables when we got in. Took a while for the food to arrive. Because we were sitting at the bar and nothing else to do, we had the privilege of watching the “bar” staff work. It was disgusting to watch that during the entire time we were there, none of the “bar” staff washed their hands. The staff preparing the drinks would be in between tasks and go back and prepare the drinks without washing their hands. They would go in the back and get something and back to preparing the drinks! The server sniffed the drink before putting it in the tray. Needless to say, we did not order any drinks. There was no offer to refill our coffee. By the time we left, 4 same tables were still empty. Yes, we paid attention to the empty tables as it didn’t make sense why make people wait outside when there are empty tables.

Place was full, offered Patio, as we walked to the patio we realized is not covered, about to rain... asked what would happen if it rains, and they just said it was full inside, so they couldn't do anything..., we left, so no opinion on the place...

Unfortunately I had to give 2 stars. I ordered here through uber eats for the first time. My partner enjoyed his meal but I got a $18 dollar breakfast which was enough to feed a small child. I specifically requested extra crispy bacon and the bacon I received was not even cooked let alone crispy. It looked like I got one scrambled egg and maybe a total of 5 small hashbrowns. I would think after spending $18 on breakfast it would be enough to fill me. It's too bad cause besides the uncooked bacon the food itself tasted good but I can't give stars for serious lack of quantity and undercooked bacon :(

We had high hopes that this local eatery would be great, but we were sadly disappointed with the food and our bar drinks. The breakfast nachos were too tough to bite into, and the rest of our meal didn't have much for flavor. Our server was great, although he could clearly see our disappointment. Maybe their brunch offerings are where they shine.

I wish I came here sooner!! So many options, great vibes and the staff is reason enough to come here!! Jennifer and Kaleb were so welcoming and had us smiling + laughing our whole visit, plus my 8 month old! We were already planning on coming again before we even left! 10/10!!

Bartender Amelia’s inept and unrelenting desire to provide the best service possible to her loyal bartop customers was truly breathtaking and left me with no choice but to write this 5-star review. Her recommendation of the hard bean hash was a true 10/10 and she has truly changed my expectations for what I want from a bartender. Keep up the good work.
