Second vist and it was as wonderful as the first. The food is awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access could use a few more handicap parking spots
Average food with great service.We had a movie to catch and limited time to dine. The restaurant, along with most Walnut Grove restaurants had a lineup. We were assured we'd get in, in around 20-30 minutes. We did get in at the 22 minute mark. Our server greeted up promptly and I did ask how likely it was that we'd be seeing our movie on time. She asked when it was and was thoughtful about her answer. She said she'd do her best to make sure we got our food a bit quicker. I ordered a beer to start and was amazed that the Old Spaghetti Factory had a craft beer from Eugene, Oregon on the menu, as well as other pretty good craft options. In any event, we got our food and also dessert in record time and we made the movie in time as well. Food quality, you know what you're getting with OSF, it's pretty alright. Beer was great, spumoni ice cream always a bit of a treat.

Went for my 7 year olds birthday dinner and the food was disappointing. My bagged salad had a bug in it to start. For my main I ordered fettuccine Alfredo, with chicken. The pasta came with 3 tiny pieces of deli style chicken, and a tablespoon of sauce for the dish. I asked if it was normal to have virtually no chicken and super dry pasta. The waitress said she’d order a side of chicken and extra sauce, and left me to sit with my pasta. When the sauce and chicken was delivered I put it on my then cold pasta. My daughter ordered cheese pizza off the kids menu which was pasta sauce and cheese on a pita bun.Very disappointing family dinner experience.

I was really disappointed. The salad was bagged salad. And the pasta was super sticky. Everyone left with doggy bags because the kids didnt eat. The pricing was ridiculous for 12 plates of pasta. I’ll never go back. Honestly if you order salad. It should be fresh salad. The server had little interest in our group. Sorry for the awful review but for what we paid for 12 people I was so disappointing.

Ordered to-go, and they actually followed through with my requests and didn't forget anything. Wish they would get large to go soup containers, but nonetheless great place to eat.
Asked for a table for five she said she would go check for a table. 5 minutes later she comes back and takes a party of four straight in. Saturday afternoon tables were free everywhere. Just left went somewhere else.
