I ordered a lemonade, got fermented lemon water, not very satisfying, and this only happened because their frozen lemonade machine was out of order.Update: went back! They only had 10 timbits! At one time! How ludicrous!

The staff told us they are closing. We came here to study as it says it is 24/7 and google also says it’s 24/7 both the store and drive through but staff told us it is only drive through that is 24/7.It is not fair to put open 24 hours as most of the drive throughs are open 24 hours. I hope the owner sees this. Not good for your business. All other Tim Hortons mention they close at certain time but this one says open 24 hours.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in Langley. Always bill you incorrectly,poor customer service. Ask for 4 coffees they ask you to park it just absolutely pathetic.
I know l just moved here from Texas, but there no way the clear reusable cup is $19.99

Was horrible service - rushed us to order. Kept asking us “and what” when I repeatedly said give me a minute to have a look at the menu. Horrible coffee after mentioning the order thrice, completely messed up the order. Happened at 8:30 am today when there was absolutely no rush - no card behind us. Not sure what race they were trying to win

We were given a $25 gift card to take down our previous review.We accepted the gift card and donated it to a couple that was sitting by the curb with shopping carts.We will never be back at this location.You have lost a loyal customer that has been coming here not just years but been a customer with Tim Hortons for decades with our family and it will never get better.It’s unacceptable how you treat your customers. How you cannot keep your restaurant clean just imagine how dirty the cooking area is if the dinning and washrooms are a disgusting.So long tim Hortons you may have been in our childhood memories but we will make sure we will forget you in our adult hood life.

My wife asked for a cup of water to take her medication. They asked for 20 cents, 10 for the cup, 10 for the water. A bit much since we had just spent $14 for coffee's and muffins.This franchise owner should be ashamed!
