Ordered 20 tim bits - (10 honey dip and 10 chocolate) but got something else.. I can't believe they got this simple order wrong.

Manager should know that the team needs to be good at customer service. A server named ANJANA wasn’t good at her service and was rude . she said “we didn’t have time for everything” when we asked something. Please tim hortons when hiring please make sure person have nice behaviour. Or learn something from starbucks customer service.

I got a ice coffee this morning with my girlfriend, I asked light ice I got no ice, not only did I get no ice, she also got no ice.I ask for light ice cus I don’t want 90% ice in my ice coffee. When I ask for light ice that does not mean no ice. Does any Tim’s in Langley make coffee properly? Not only that the worker spilt my coffee a bit in front of me and brushed it off like it was nothing. I get it’s 7am but brother come on if I provided service like that at my workplace I wouldn’t have a job. I don’t want a refund, I don’t want free coffee, I just want my coffee made by someone with an IQ over 70.

These guys just handed me the most disgusting and rotted dark ice cap. When they handed it to me I knew it looked off. I looked at her and was like are you serious. She just walked away and said nothing. It has absolutely ruined my stomach. These guys always do stuff like this. It’s always something here. Just stay away from this one

got my order wrong so took it back explained why it was wrong (no vanilla in hot choco, only 1 hashbrown) they mentioned they thought they had put 2 hashbrowns in the bag when there was only one. made me a new hot choco and gave me another hashbrown when you cold tell they didn't want to.

It was a great experience. I can spend my time before arrival or departure. It has good parking. Store is huge and public washrooms and plenty of seats.

The Grilled cheese melt has been discontinued at many locations. However this location still has them. They are my favorite.Wheelchair accessibility: They have nicely placed wheelchair accessibility signs. Sometimes, it's hard to tell how easy or hard it's going to be to maneuver in parking lot and the store.

This location use to be good, but it has been getting worse and worse as time goes by.The bagels are either crushed and so rock hard they hurt your teeth.The cream cheese is so thin and spread out you can't even taste it.Tim Hortons in the lower mainland have been getting worse and this one is following the curve.From now on I think I would rather starve then eat here.Only thing that is still good is the tea, but even with that, half the time it's not even mixed.

Soo tired of going thru drive thru with NO ONE behind you and being asked to pull forward. As i pulled up To the window to scan cards and pay, one of the other 3 working there immediately whipped her hand out with a like warm bagel. The other girl brought a large steeped tea and first girl says can you pull up past building. I said no i will wait. (A london fog was all that was left) and she asked/told again. I said no i will wait here. She stomped off.There is no reason to have someone pull ahead for a standard one item because the store puts pressure on the staff to have fast drive thru times. Ridiculous work ethic to put on staff. The amount of time for me to pull forward, my item will be made and now i have to wait for them to exit the building and bring to me. RIDICULOUS !

Worst Tim's drive thru around. You might get what you ordered and you might not. The bodies lying around the entrance gives this location a Manila Tim's look but it's the new normal in Trudeau's Canada.

Went to get food and wanted to cuatomize my wrap and they didnt listen to me and just quickly told me to drive up to the window where i said "you didnt let me finish my order" so i was left with a wrap with ranch sauce ( im deathly allergic to) would never go there even if food was offered for
