I didn't get the bread that is supposed to be included. Only got one napkin. The woman at the window didn't talk. She just took my payment & handed me to bag. I got the feeling that she doesn't like Yankees.
Service is always swift for the drive-thru because every single worker is working it due to the unrealistic/ time restraints upper management/corporate has put on the drive thru. The inside service counter is often slow and frustrated. There was a really strong Mon-Fri morning staff that was completely replaced ~2 months ago and customer service has been lacking since. At least the renovations look good.

Used to eat here all the time, but service keeps getting worst. Classic is “we are out of potato wedges” with no apology during normal eating hours. You press them and they still don’t apologize. Great food, horrible service.
