They even forgot my friend’s order and after 20 minutes, we asked where’s her order, they said that they had forgotten… and proceeded to make her order….

It's unfortunate that the service at this Tim Hortons is terrible because it's very convenient for lots of people to come here. They can never get orders right, they're to busy chit chatting amongst one and another instead of listening to customers orders, when you let them know your order is wrong you will be getting attitude and snarky looks from staff. No point of going through the drive through because you'll have to go inside to have your order corrected. The quality of food varies, sometimes it's cold sometimes it's hot depending how staff are feeling that day.
