What a joke. Ordered turkey club sandwich meal. Couldn't get my favorite donut cause the lady saying it's sold to another customerI even said can wait for fresh ones but no. So got another donut. Wanted to order wrap but no cause the wrap is frozen. I'm extremely disappointed.

Went to pickup a coffee and sandwich, employee name Neetu or Nitu ! Don’t know she is the manager there or whatI was giving my order to someone else and I guess he was new or under training so he asked her to help him for putting the order into systemShe literally started shouting at him loudly and was very very rude for what ? Just because he didn’t do anything wrong and asked her insteadIt doesn’t take much to be kind to someone and specially if someone is new at workplace

I can’t even get a toasted strawberry jam croissant. I can’t apply it in my car . Thats why you have this kitchen so that you can do it . Why would I come thru drive thru ?staff is mad about their personal stuffYou people are not even busy . No car in drive thru
