They go my order wrong and I came back to politely ask for a remake. You would think that if they made a mistake, they would replace it with an empathetic attitude. But no, they try to make me pay for it and are quite rude at the window. No apologies or anything every time. Even though this location gets my order wrong on multiple occasions, i still come here because it is the convenient option. This particular experience has made me never want to come back. Management, do better!
Absolutely no work ethic or pride taken when preparing food these people give you one piece of lettuce on a slack together sandwich and then, when you politely ask them for the tomato that they forgot the attitude that is given is appalling worst customer service for sure

Please tell me why a multi-million dollar company like TH can't figure out how to put on their electronic menu board food items that the location ACTUALLY carries. Unless you want "the basics" which employees continuously say... don't come here. Staff must be miserable because they have to explain this all day. Why they can't put signage over it, is again probably beyond their pay grade.
