This is a lovely, rustic and friendly place to spend a couple of hours tasting unique natural wines, hear some interesting history, and buy great jams and walnut port. You can even pick up a fresh just-picked produce basket, courtesy of the farm right next door. We had other lunch plans today, but will be back specifically for the Pizzams another time. CJ was a fabulous and entertaining host!

We really enjoyed our visit here. Patrick and his team were so warm and welcoming and so passionate about their product. The wine was great, the setting was beautiful. Definitely worth a visit

A very calm and relaxed feel. I’m from out of province and definitely recommend this as a good experience.

I had an incredible time at Vista D'oro Farms & Winery! This is a hidden gem! CJ, the team member who assisted us, was incredibly fun and knowledgeable. The wine tasting was a delight, with a fantastic selection of natural wines that pleased and challenged my palate. Don't miss their Jam Pizzas – they are an absolute must-try! The picturesque setting and warm hospitality made our visit truly memorable. Can't wait to go back!

One of my favorite stops on our local wine tour. Rustic, peaceful location with unique microclimate offering amazing natural wines and some of the finest preserves anywhere. Winemaker and proprietor Patrick is a gracious host and offers a great experience and a very unique fortified walnut dessert wine.

We went to the winery to buy Walnut Wine & preserves. We were not told upfront that wine tasting fees were not waived if we made purchases. The Walnut Wine was not available therefore we purchased jams/jellies & jars of Persimmon Tamarind. The wine tastings were awful. The only one worth tasting is the Pinot/Brandy, the last one. The diluted 1st one, the Siegerrbe, and the 2 Fochs were the worst wines I have ever tasted. A counter wine disposal was not in sight; the tasting was very haphazard with the person continually running off & being not at all attentive.

Nice setting and cute items in shop, as someone who enjoys wine both from an artistic standpoint (enjoys quality) and someone who also just drinks wine to relax (not picky and drinks cheap junk) I could never drink this wine. It was too acidic.

We came across this wonderful old farm house winery last Sunday. Our host was knowledgeable and so much fun. We bought a bottle of Foch & a bottle of the most delicious walnut port. The wine shop has preserves, treats, cheese and local produce . I bought some leeks for soup & local cheese. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting on an old farm with the tasting done in an old house on site. This winery does natural wines, so we were told ahead of time that the appearance of the wines may be cloudy due to that. Our group had four tastings and of those I poured out three of them. Never had to do that before anywhere. The port is really good and we left with a couple of bottles of it. Surprised that the $15 tasting fee does not get waived on the purchase of a bottle. Not my cup of tea for sure, but I'm sure others will enjoy it. Pretty pricey for what we ended up getting.

Lovely place and friendly staff. Didn't have the chance to do the tasting.

Our party had the most wonderful time! Vista D'oro was the highlight of our day of wine tasting. Our host was charming and friendly, and we were lucky enough to meet the owner and got to hear some great history. We will absolutely return. (Also, the Jams are great!)

The atmosphere was nice and the pizza was the good. The problem was that the wines were not very good. We bought a couple of bottles to be polite but they don't wave the tasting fee so it ending up being very expensive for sub par wine.

Best wine tasting experience ever! Will definitely go back! The grapevines were overwhelmed with unpicked grapes. The pizzzas were never to be forgotten. Wonderful place to take someone special.

Lovely people and setting but the wine was the worst! It tasted like vinegar. We did buy some jam and it's awesome!
