Do yourself a favour and stop here for lunch. The food is unbelievably flavourful, the portions are generous and the service is impeccable. The highway makes it too noisy to enjoy a meal outside but there are plenty of places nearby to stop for a picnic. We went for the first time today and will without a doubt go back.
We’ve tried the Soul’s Toast, the Angry Egg Toast & the Shrimp Soul’s Toast. All so yummy! Looking forward to tasting more Korean toast creations when Soul’s Toast reopens at the end of February. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve never had a sandwich this huge before… super delicious and superb portion. There’s a lot of Korean food now on the island, but Soul’s toast is still the only place that sells Korean style toast. 100% would recommend to anyone. Chef is really nice as well?
A sweet Korean sandwich filled with cabbage. If eaten as a combo, it is sufficient as a meal replacement.

Fresh and fantastic food! Super messy for a truck sandwich, but I expected that! Soul is very friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. The kiwi sauce was so delicious that I bought a jar to go!Make the time to stop in for a sandwich. You won't need to eat the rest of the day!

Korean Street Food on the side of the highway! Great sandwiches (not your typical sandwiches) crafted while you wait. I first tried Soul's Toast when he was in Chemainus, have been to his new location a few times now. Try it out for an inexpensive and tasty meal!
Love this place. First tried it in Chemainus, it was great then and now in his moved to location equally as good. There's no way you can fit your mouth around a sandwich here. Tell all your friends to try this place. The guy's nice, the food's great. You're not going to go hungry here.

What a GEM !!! Soul’s Toast is amazing on all levels. It’s worth the stop. The new chicken sandwich is insane !!!!
Holy cow Batman, that’s one yummy sandwich. We were pretty skeptical, almost didn’t stop but sooo glad we did. We caught Soul when he wasn’t too busy so we were able to exchanged a few words with him… He is a former Sushi Chef turned entrepreneur, no wonder his sandwiches are awesomely flavorful. Spicy chicken sandwich was out of this world and kiwi sauce, made with fresh kiwi, was burst of flavor. We need Soul to come to Seattle. What a gem!!

The vegetarian sandwich was amaaazing (Angry Egg Toast: with egg, cheese, pickles, hash browns, amazing spicy sauce and fresh cabbage)! The guy working there was super nice as well, offering us another sandwich for free to ask for feedback on it. The potato puff fries were also amazing ?

We stopped into Soul’s Toast on our way back from the Malahat Skywalk and had the Angry Tuna Toast and Potato Puff Fries which were both fantastic. Totally deserving of 5 stars across the board and highly recommend this stop! We even got to sample the new chicken sandwich which was delicious!

Worth stopping for if you’re heading up north on the Malahat. Sandwiches are huge and filling but not heavy at all. 10/10 will eat here again.
