Food was excellent, and the service was very fast. One of the main entrances was locked, the parking lot was crowded, yet the restaurant was devoid of patrons. A very poor job of snow clearing to provide customer access to interior.Parking: The snow was poorly cleared to get to the main doors. A person with mobility issues would have found it near impossible.Kid-friendliness: With every burger now being a double, combined with the expense, I would no longer call DQ kid-friendly.

Closed 2.5 hours earlier than they were supposed to. Manager was a rude bhenchod. Zero customer service. Rude, despicable people. They deserve to have their restaurant gutted and check by the health inspectors. Garbage human beings.

I have only been to this location 2 times, but both times were good. Blizzards were exactly as expected. Kids working there were polite and quick. Very good experience compared to all other locations. I purposely drive past the location on 203rd, which is closest to my house, because it's never good at that location.

My experience at this Dairy Queen location: let's start with the two staff members today, who were very friendly and helpful. Let's talk about the food. I ordered a cherry shake, which was absolutely delicious, and 6pc hand-tossed honey garlic chicken strips with fries. The honey garlic chicken strips were drenched in sauce the first couple of bites, perfect couple pieces later, it was too sweet to finish. Fries were very good; they reminded me of McDonald's or BK.

Spent $25 on three blizzards. One Blizzard, asked for Skor, they gave me Smarties. Drove back and asked them to make me the Skor Blizzard I asked for, the worker argued with me saying I asked for Smarties, which I didn't - I hate smarties. They got the manager, and he said they cannot make me a new one and I would have to pay, because they will just throw this in the garbage. I politely said no, I am not paying and you have to make me what I ordered, and they begrudgingly did so. With customer service like this, accusing me of lying, I find it hard to believe this business will be successful for much longer.Owner doesn't even read the reviews, copy pastes the same "we are sorry you didn't like the experience" replies, even on positive reviews. Totally out of touch

If I could give zero stars for this location I would. The staff at this location are incredibly rude and lazy. They do not wash their equipment. Avoid this location! The ladies at the 227th and lougheed location are much friendly and know how to do there job.

The women at the window were very rude , and as a result of my question about a product she gave me the smallest portion I’ve ever received . Also they don’t clean there orange Julius machines and the drinks taste terrible . I would give zero stars if possible . Also I went three times before this review .

We have driven out there 5 or 6 times and they always close early and come up with a different excuses. We’ve been in the Resturant eating food and they’ve asked us to leave 45 minutes before closing. Change the time on the website if you’re going to close early every night.

Well I'd like to address prices. It's getting out of control how expensive it's becoming to go put to eat, & have a treat, not just just at Dairy Queen!A mini blizzard, which is by the way micro mini size of inside of small palm is $6 & almost $7.5 for small, which is still very small. Photos are added so u can get a price example. It's just getting out of hand.Although this location is 1st location I've been to in a while that's listened to me asking for extra pickles, there was little condiments on our burgers, which made them dry. I had to ask for more mustard & used ketchup packages.Now let's move on to the Blizzard. This is what was most disappointing. $6 for this little tiny thing & she didn't hang it upside down when she brought it to me (I didn't know they were supposed to do) cuz I've never purchased blizzard before. After she gave to me I walked to car & picked up spoon & was like wait a minute, this is milkshake texture so I went back inside asking her & her response "When I gave it to u it was thick"I'm pretty sure that only took maybe 3 min from time she gave it to me till time I walk back in with it. Hardly not enough time for it to go from blizzard thickness to liquid that was running off spoon. I asked her to remake it, she was not very happy about that. The 2nd one she gave me was better, not thick, but better...at least it didn't fall out of cup when she hung it upside down 2nd time LOLI got the new flavor Oreo chocolate brownie & it did not taste like chocolate at all, there was no brownies in it at all. Maybe it was just this location, I don't know. Wasn't very happy with it at all.Moving along to cakes.... wow wow wow. Inflation sure has shown in the prices of these ice cream cakes. Almost $60 for most of them with tax, gross!!Stick with the value meal that includes a ? much better buck
