Extremely bad service by the staff! I was told to wait for 20min for my order and then after when I went to pick my order up, it was not ready yet and I had to wait 30 minutes. Finally, when I went to pay at the counter and picked the order. Then the girl told me that it's not mine and that I have to wait as they still have to make the pizza for me and she literally took that box back from me.Like, why do you even take order if you can't get it ready on time.

Ordered tonight and took advantage of their unlimited toppings. Both mine and hubby's were delicious especially the extra sauces on top. Delivery driver was a nice guy too. We've made our own pizzas for years cause we were always disappointed with take out, that's totally changed now

The fountain machine was empty. They said it was broken... After selling me the fountain drink. Also, refills are .50, but you don't know that until you go up to the machine. But that hardly matters since it doesn't work. Except, it did for other drinks, just not the diet Pepsi. The food was lousy. The customer service was non existent. A homeless man came in asking for recycling, at the top of his lungs, while smoking a lit cigarette, and they let him empty the recycling in the dining area while we were eating. The bathroom was closed to customers, including my 4 year old son. I honestly can think of nothing good to say about this trashy pit stain of a restaurant.

Garlic sauce is tasty. The crust was so chewy it made my jaw ache. The topping portions were ridiculously skimpy. I had two 1 inch slices of pepperoni on half a pizza.

Always on time, courteous customer service, clean establishment, never undercooked or burnt; their pizzas are always fresh and on point! Haven't tried much else there but still impressed with their level of consistancy with their pizzas ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
10:25 pm July 20th 2020 my birthday. A very crazy 2020 that had a lot of unforeseen events take place, then Canada was ruined by rain and the obvious. Last year at almost the same time a friend said "Ya know if you show your ID at Freshslice, ya get a Free slice of pizza"! Outstanding! I jumped in the truck and went to the pizza place pulled out my drivers license and said "It's my birthday"! The young lady behind the counter said Happy birthday, what slice of pizza would you like in the warming window. This year! She gave me the best birthday pizza ever! Thank you.

Not sure why this place has a low rating. It’s so good! From the slices of pesto pizza and the great deals. It’s soooo good. I won’t be going anywhere else for pizza lol ever again!!!!
