Used to be a regular but this place is the absolute worst!! Some of the pieces didn't even have batter. Almost threw up. Have not been back to FC since. Brownies or Popeyes are my new places. There should be a zero stars option!!

I wouldn't recommend here. The food is just so so. I've asked the front desk to give me spicy flavor for so many times but most of the time they forgot about it. A food item sometimes can be missing. I don't know why. But always check your food before you leave. I hope they could pay more attention to the order.

I was getting hungry after a whole day of hardcore Minecraft filming for You tube so I thought I would treat myself to a big bucket of KFC. well, I was feeling awfully lazy so i went through the drive thru. I ordered a 12 piece chicken tub at the drive thru window, and then when they gave it to me, it had stains of green and it was literally frozen from the freezer. and as soon as that i knew that i knew i would never eat there again!

Worst kfc ever lol always cold food but they take forever in drive through or going inside and they’ve been closed for a few months and the owner keeps telling google they are open?¿?¿?if I could give negative stars I would also would like to mention all the rats and mice around that building… such a nice sight before entering to eat a nice cold chicken sandwich and fries :)

**CLOSED. DEAD.**Owner keeps dishonestly re-listing the deserted building on Maps to pretend there's something there. There isn't. Of course you can go to a different KFC whenever you like, but that's not the point. Owner, please stop falsely advertising that your boarded-up dirty deserted building is magically open for business.

Glad its done, never ordered from any KFC since 2009 when I attended this place, I made a complaint to head office, head office got back to me, and offered to mail me a 50 dollar gift card, I told them I dont want it and wont be eating KFC for the rest of my life, and never will.

I stopped off thru the drive thru with my wife and got 18 piece family meal. We only received 12 pieces all cold chicken, the cole slaw had a hair and the fries were old and cold. Do not go to this KFC it is very disgusting and dirty.

slow and worst!! Confirmed my order at least three times and still gave me wrong order. AND OFCOURSE!! IT DIDNOT TASTE LIKE KFC AT ALL!! THE PATTY WAS COMPLETELY BURNT. Do yourself a favor and do not go here

If there was an option to put zero stars that would be the rating for this KFC location. They are slow and unprofessional. Staff will ignore customers for long periods if time while they argue about breaks. They will also ignore the drive through completely. Have waited 20-30 minutes for food.

if i could give the maple ridge location less stars i would. The place is disgusting with absolutely no management. 3 weeks ago ordered got home missing pcs of order call to complain they said we can come back and get a free meal. Go back a few weeks later get free meal and order more also and check bag before leaving and missing part of order again. so sit there and wait for the missing part meanwhile everything else is getting cold. Extremely short staffed i guess as other people waiting to order walked out because standing there for 10 min not being served. Something really should be done about there standards and customer service

By far the slowest and worst KFC around. The drive thru was extremly slow. When we finally paid and got are order, my mother asked for extra mayo for her chicken sandwich. The unfriendly woman snarled at us and said $1.00 extra. We drove home and the bucket of chicken was soggy, when you picked a piece up, the skin would just fall off. The chicken sandwichs had stale bread also. ???
