It was my first time going to Paliotti's and we went there to celebrate my husband's birthday and of course we loved the food ... the ambiance of the restaurant is quaint and cozy. Will be coming back with our family!
As a first timer, I was SO impressed. Our server was exceptional (I wish I got her name). The food was so good and a very comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
Made a reservation for 20 people a few weeks ago. Called Sunday to confirm one more person, so 21 people at 6pm for Tuesday. Arrived on time. We did get a first drink each. Took over an hour to get second drink, even when a few of us asked. We were told it would take another 10 minutes for waitress to come to table, it took longer. That was the last time it was offered during our evening. We did ask more than once and waitress never came back. Other than taking our initial orders and delivering food we were completely ignored. Table full of empties, what a mess. No one ever came to clean our table. Plates were picked up but never any glasses and never any water refills. We had brought in a cake and those dishes were never picked up. Our time there took 3.5 hours. It took over an hour to get our bills. We had school aged children and 3 women in their eighties. They waited, we all waited over an hour for the bill. We could not understand why. One waitress said their machine was 30 years old and it would take awhile. I saw and watched other tables in restaurant get great prompt service. Their bills came in a timely matter. They did not wait over an hour for their bill.Their tables were cleared upon finishing their meal. We were blatantly ignored. To top off such a rude experience, the waitress hand wrote a 20% forced gratuity on every bill. We had no prompt service. That wasn't offered. Shady business. Very clear we were ignored as there was a guaranteed 20% tip from us, no matter what little service we got. They do not get the 20% guarantee from the smaller tables. Very disappointed with paliottis, our group certainly won't be back. We have had many of these gatherings at many different places and have not met such disregard for our dining experience.

First time coming to this location, typically paliotti's is something to look forward to. This location does not fit that. The food was ok but they did get a dish wrong plus the "pork tenderloin" I thought was going to be more of a pork steak, was literally 3 little hockey pucks that are smaller than a patty on a mcdonalds burger, which I paid $23 for..Service was absolutely horrible. We spent 3 hours there and only had 2 rounds of drinks. The servers are non-existent especially with the amount of cups that are still on the table. They say they are understaffed for this reservation but we can see them clearly setting up for tomorrow (since they are about closed). Definitely not a good time here because clearly only 2 rounds within 3 hrs is quite ridiculous.I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and I definitely won't be back. Luckily for them, I won't include photos because that's what people see first. In the end they had to audacity to add a gratuity tip of 20% for our absolute trash service

The formerly bold gives way to bland. This place was something to be adored in its heyday but times have changed. Their cream sauce was watery and devoid of flavour, the bread spent too much time in the oven, and my Chicken Parm was tough and dry. It’s a shame to see the decline in quality, especially from a place you want to root for. For the prices they’re charging they really need to go back to their roots and focus on what made them special in the first place, quality food.

Palliotti has been a staple restaurant at this location for a long long time. Staff are friendly, friendly and accommodating. Food was good and portions are generous. The restaurant itself is quite dark and dated - but nice for an intimate meal or catching up with friends over dinner and drinks.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options on the menuParking: Private parking lot plus street parking for overflow
The food was good. I don't know if our server was just having a bad day, but she had an odd attitude during our visit.

Perhaps I’ve grown accustomed to esteemed customer service and quality food with quality ingredients to have held this place into higher regards than what was witnessed during my visit. For having been open 60 years, the menu really reflects the outdated customer care and dishes.I understand it’s a weekend night, and we didn’t ask for a reservation, but plenty of tables were empty and the servers had time to be idle. For our food to take over 45 minutes I would have assumed it to be better than it was… and for the server to bring me something I didn’t order was disappointing. My pasta sauce was watery, and the noodles themselves tasted a bit old, or something out of a cardboard box. The chicken in it was overcooked, and was lacking in vegetables.I had hoped maybe they would have at least offered an extra basket of bread to tie us over from the long wait, but not even an acknowledgment about the wait time.I’ve worked in a kitchen a long time, I’m not trying to sound like a hater, but it just didn’t feel right.
