I decided to try Rex Kitchen because of the reviews. I called on my way home from work, as I was going to pick up. After calling and getting no answer, I decided to drive by. I arrived at 3:45 to a sign on the door “back at 4”. Waited til 4:20 (35minutes) no one showed up so I went home. Not a good first impression, but was really craving Indian food so decided to try again a few days later. I ordered the Butter chicken which was very tasty but wasn’t impressed with the portion size. Mainly gravy and not much chicken. The garlic naan was ok. When I was paying for my food the young lady at the til was tapping her fingers like I was taking too much time. Overall food is very good If you prefer quality over quantity.

I had a craving for samosas and my wife was after something different...we went on the suggestion of the most helpful owner and were pleasantly surprised! Everything was so good and plentiful - what we thought was one late night dinner actually turned out to be at least two. Good food - we'll be back!

Wow just wow Biryani!!! We just moved to Maple Ridge from Surrey. We were very disappointed with all food we tried and had made up my mind that nothing better than restaurants in Surrey but REX'S RESTAURANT changed my mind. Delicious Biryani 9/10 on taste, 10/10 on quality and 11/10 on quantity. I would highly recommend this restaurant especially for foodies. All the best Rex's restaurant staff, once again AMAZING FOOD. LOVE IT!!!

Came here with some friends who ordered vegan masala dosa's and were pretty impressed. I ordered a lamb curry dish and it was very tasty. I'll definitely be back to try more things on the menu. It's an unassuming place from the outside. I'm glad I was able to find good Indian food in the area.
We were in the neighborhood and decided to try this place based on other reviews. The food is excellent and the owners and staff are delightful. The menu has an Indo-Mexican section but we didn't sample that. What I liked best about the vegetarian dishes was the freshness of ingredients and the low-oil gravies. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

You can taste the different flavours, rice cooked to perfection and the chicken succulent. Huge portion and nicely priced. Definitely the best Indian biryani so far.

We had ordered Chicken Tikka Masala from Rex Kitchen Ltd. for the dinner tonight, and it tasted authentic and delicious. Spice level, quantity were optimal, and price was reasonable too. Overall ordering experience was great. Would order/dine again!

Great flavour & friendly delivery person who was new in the area, 4 stars due to price & the wait time for the delivery. We ordered bhuna Gosht and there's hardly any meat lamb in it - so it's disappointing. In the total bill tip was autopopulated in already when we placed the order online though I put more tip in when the delivery person handed me the machine so I sure hope the restaurant will share that added tip to the delivery person.

Have been struggling to find a good Indian spot in MR. We ordered a few curries and briyani from here and were very happy with the taste and freshness. They were accommodating to spice levels as some of us like it spicy. The owner seemed very nice. Will be coming back!
