The service was amazing, our server was super considerate and checked in on us regularly. However been to a lot of different Kegs and usually the steak is amazing but this visit unfortunately my steak was very chewy and not a flavorful as I remember so it was a lot to spend on just an ok steak.

Once a year we come to the Keg for some kind of occasion. The food, atmosphere and service is outstanding!!! Wish we could afford it more than once a year!!! Thanks Keg for making everything so special!!

The Keg is always excellent value. My wife and I visit once a week because the food and ambiance are great. But the service, and the wait staff are second to none. Thank you, Bob Clewlow
Service and atmosphere were okay, nothing exceptional but not bad either. The food was terribly disappointing! Everything was so overly salted and one of our steaks was way overcooked, ordered a medium but got a well-done with an edge that's burnt to a crisp. How does a *steakhouse* mess up a steak? The garlic mashed potatoes felt dry (and too salty), the asparagus looked pale and sad. The “creamy butter” for the seafood was also really salty on top of the already overly salted food. The lobster was fine. Maybe we just got unlucky with the food but I would not go back again. For the price point, I would without a doubt go to a different restaurant.

Emily was our server she was great! Super friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything the right amount of times!! So happy the keg went back to good bread for the cheese toast's

Server was awesome. Immediately attending to our requests the minute we sat down.Drinks brought very promptly. All our food was delicious. Always a good meal here and dining experience.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals . Scottie was our waiter and he did a great job . Service was excellent . Hats off to the kitchen staff . Another wonderful night . The meals were superb . My steak was not cooked right twice.So I had to leave without eating any steak.They did comp me a dessert and the meal which I didn't eat.The service was great and the lighting is way too low that you can't even see your food.

I was not satisfied with my meal compared with my last one at the Keg. It was disappointingly cold and the onions were not fresh- seemed more like the French's onions you can get in a plastic container. For the price I should have had caramelized onions and/or other sides offered with my prime rib.

Service always amazing here! Peppercorn steak was $64 or so and it was very dry. I had a baseball steak and it was amazing. Caesar salad had too much anchovy taste.I love the Keg and come often tonight was a little off for the peppercorn steak :(. Likely won’t order that again. But again def ice was always amazing :)

Excellent dinner (prime rib and the top sirloin ) I find the customer service at the Maple Ridge location excellent. I have never had bad service here. I wish it weren't always so noisy as it makes it very difficult to carry on a conversation but I think that is due to the building itself
