Saturday night 8 pm, head to the maple ridge triple os for a milkshake. I’m told that they aren’t serving milkshakes because they are “to busy” I asked huh? And they said they are short staffed and takes to long. I said so does everything. I can wait, nope they refused. Now if I was an owner in this scenario I would be pissed my staff chose not to serve a customer wanting to get something from Triple os. Me as a customer then went to Burger King where they served me just fine. And just like that they have lost a customer. Terrible customer service terrible mentality,

It's my favourite fast food place, but is also the most expensive one in town. Milkshakes are now $8. The food here is definitely worth it though as finances permit. I pay for it by asking my family and friends for White Spot gift cards for my birthday and Christmas, and because my birthday is in June, I'm restocked every 6 months on the regular. ?

I used to really enjoy Triple-O's but the last 3 visits have left me consistently unimpressed. $50+ for soggy/mealy fries, squished bun, meat almost not cooked enough, no napkins, only ketchup packets... Milkshake was good so props on that (extra star). But no response at the till to make it right. Not sure if it's worth trying again. Staff was friendly, but seemed like they couldn't help (above their pay grade)?

Every single time I come to this location in Maple Ridge. They can never get my order right. At this point I feel like they are doing it On purpose Because there is no way that one place can get your order wrong every single time. I literally have to Go back every single time.... Never

Worst triple os I have ever been to. I use to come here when running late from work and EVERYTIME with out fail my order is wrong. Cheese and bacon is forgotten and they are supposed to be on the burger I order. Or there is soo much sauce it's soaked the bun and I'm only a short drive from the restaurant. They always mess up my poutin. I ask for gravey on the side so my fries aren't soggy. It never comes on the side. I use to just take the food and do my best with it. I am tired and now bring it in. I always get looked at like oh crazy and never a proper apology, just mumbles and then stares then someone says they will fix it. I do apologize to the workers if my attitude over time has become rude but its exhausting to always get it wrong. I try my hardest not to come here now unless my husband gets a craving. And here I standing around for 20mins waiting for food cause it was wrong again!!! MANAGEMENT DO BETTER!!!!

It is a normal Triple O location. Excellent food. Burgers equal to the best anywhere. Especially the Monty Mushroom Burger. I used to live in LA and ate at In-N-Out many times. Triple O is better.Not the fastest drive through service but still acceptable. I have been to slower Triple-O locations.
Ordered 3 burgers and 2drinks and 3 sides , got to the window and the unpleasant sassy worker told us how we should not be drinking diet coke as it causes cancer (i am diabetic)…. got home and was missing 1 burger and the other was drenched to the point of sogginess in sauce . Did not get an apology when we returned , DO NOT RECCOMEND

Night staff seems to arbitrarily close the front desk when they feel like it, and are quite rude about it. Day staff are polite and helpful and food is always fresh.

Cashmere Service is disaster
Closed at 9:40 when it says they are open till 11pm. Super super disappointing! Was refused service when they clearly were onsite.
