A&W food is a classic, haven't actually been in a long time. The burgers are good , the root beer is a most especially in the chilled mugs. However, the service... We order a Mozza burger combo and a Teen burger combo... After an usually long wait, they give us two teen burgers, no fries. They take the one teen burger back and the first has long finished the burger before the Mozza or the fries are ready.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I placed an order online and received an eaten burger in a sealed bag. This is a serious health code violation and I am disgusted.

On October 8th, at approximately 12:30, I visited this location. During my visit, I observed that several employees of East Indian descent were engaged in conversation rather than attending to their duties. It took them a total of 20 minutes to prepare just two sausage dishes due to their prolonged chatting. Additionally, my order was incomplete as they had forgotten to include hash browns. When I returned to address this issue, there was no apology for the oversight, and the employee I spoke to was quite impolite when I inquired about the wait time.I kindly request the owner to consider the attitudes and customer service skills of the individuals they hire.
