Skip picked up the wrong order and was Not much help on getting me the correct one (I know mistakes happen) … The manager * Melody or Melonie ?* of browns in mission exceeded my expectations . I placed another skip order for the same meal and she loaded my bag full of extras and was so sweet, amazing customer service . Expecially for something that wasn’t there fault :)

My girlfriend and I go here 4-6 times a month. We spend $500- 700 a month here easily. Its normally decent food and service. However, every time we came there were empty booths and we are told they are reserved. We sit elsewhere, order, eat, finish and pay. And the empty booths were not used. We could have had one, and been gone. This happens all the time. So for my Birthday dinner, we reserved a booth. My girlfriend, her daughter, and I went. Steaks were not cooked to order. We had to send one back, it was just too rare. It took 25 mins to get a replacement. But the worst part was the food. Salt salt and more salt. Everything was soooo salty. Calamari was almost unedible it had so much salt. Pasta was salty, garlic bread was salty, even the steaks were salty. Servers are awesome. But If they keep that cook there, just change the name to salty's.AND . it doesn't matter how you order your steak....it only comes one way.

This Browns Socialhouse is a great place for brunch and dinner. The coffee was good, not the best. However, I really enjoyed their Berries & Cream French toast; it was crunchy, moist, warm and all-around delicious. The Service was courteous to your needs, making sure you are not neglected as a customer. And I always liked their indoor decor with the portraits. I will be coming back there soon.

Mel was a fantastic server! My husband and I came in for our anniversary with our two young children. Our drinks came out right away. Mel even brought out our kiddos meal before ours which was amazing. Our dinners were out shortly after. We both had French dips that were to die for! We will be back!
