The food is amazing, the service.. Not so good. I brought coupons in and was told I could not use them. Then three customers that came in after me got served before I got the 2 subs I ordered. If the service was better, I would never go back to subway.
Once you have 1 of these subs, you'll never get a Subway or Quiznos sub again.With 4 times the amount of meat, and flavors! So good. I've had it 3 times so far, amazing each time.

This is a good sandwich/sub place. I still prefer Subway, but I like their selections of sandwiches. I had their New York Steamer on white bread and it tasted great. The sandwich meat portions are plentiful, and the bread is fresh and crunchy. The service was acceptable while the Firehouse theme was interesting. I like to come back to Firehouse Subs again.
