Service was very slow. Server was very nice and apologetic. My breakfast was ok but Hashbrowns were almost burnt. Clubhouse was very good according to my hubby.

Since the new owners of this cafe have taken over, the food portions have noticeably shrunk. While inflation may be partly to blame, the decline in food quality is undeniable. I used to adore coming here for brunch, but lately, it's been a letdown. Today will be my final visit for brunch, and I doubt I'll return for other meals. The brunch I had today was barely lukewarm, almost room temperature. The staff is delightful, and the service is commendable, but ultimately, the food falls short. I'm truly disappointed because I really liked this place. I wish the new owners success as they establishe their business. I'll try again in a year.

Since the place was taken over by Embers, the service and food has gone rapidly downhill. They can't poach eggs properly, the portions are way smaller and the service is very, very, slow. After years of eating at Mission House Brunch, I'm now going to avoid the place like one would with the plague. Another restaurant bites the dust.

Have heard so many great things about this place so we were excited to try this local hub for the first time today when a friend suggested it for brunch.Wonderful and efficient service from McKenna (who worked the front of the house all by herself!) and food cooked made to order, fresh coffee and you can tell that the food served was prepared with care. The menu was thoughtful enough to accommodate dietary preferences / restrictions. We have found our local Mission go-to for brunch!Vegetarian options: Several options to choose fromDietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegetarian options availableParking: Lots of free parking!Kid-friendliness: They have some usual kid favorites - chicken fingers with fries, grilled cheese and fish and chips!

I love love love this place! Got hired there briefly and it was such a great experience. The crew they have there is so welcoming and caring, not to mention the amazing food they serve. Definitely recommend!!

I witnessed the new owner speaking down to the lovely waitresses while they work their butts off to provide for his livelihood. Disgusting.Food great, service great, watching owner - ruined experience. The new owner owns Embers so I will not be eating at either and will be sharing my opinion with all to hear.Owner: treat your workers with respect, not like they are less than you. I also watched you prepare meat with your bare hands. As per food safe regulations - gloves are standard in British Columbia.

Great place, good food. Can get busy on the weekends, but worth the wait! New ownership as of mid-February, food seems to be to the same standard. Show up and support a new local business! Now called the Mission Cafe. Share the love.

We just happened to be out in Misson and decided we wanted breakfast. We found this little hidden gem in what looks like an industrial area. It was a tiny little Cafe, you would never think of stopping at and it was cozy and delicious. The bacon was amazing and the omlete was huge! I'd recommend anyone here for a big hearty breakfast!

The place is under new management that now charges (sorry, over charges) for simple extras such as fried up onions added to the hash browns. Where before such a request was not nickle and dimed for ($2 for a small amount of onions too!). This charge was not indicated on the menu, nor did the server mention that it would be extra. Nor did the server inquire about how our food tasted. FYI to all readers, the menu images posted here on Google reviews by previous patrons here are out of date. So add 20-25% more to those prices and you'll get today's prices! The new pastels paint job inside is fresh but generic. It doesn't have that eclectic charm the old horse used to have. Won't be back.

45 min. wait for soup and sandwiches, meals finally served but 10 mins. apart. Beef Barley soup served warm with no barley? Vegetable sandwich inedible, swimming in oil! Came here because of good reviews, never again.
