Took granddaughters for donuts, let the youngsters select their donut, which they do by pointing. We relay the selection by the name label directly below. When the counter server goes and hands the incorrect donut, we point out the error, only to be rudely told in language inappropriate for young children, to paraphrase, “Thats what you asked, to bad”.Had to go back to the counter to ask for a napkin, and was told, “You have to order napkins with food.”

No longer come here, last few times coffee was made wrong, and my doughnuts where always placed in bags and the icing comes right off, why’d you stop using wax paper/not put icing topped doughnuts in boxes?!

It's often busy so it's not the most wiped down, but the staff is always working hard.

with spring here they need to put flies screens on their donut racks, i lose my appetite on the spot when i see flies on their donuts i turn and run, i have experienced this often at different locations.
