Food was made within a reasonable amount of time, and the food quality was good. Staff were polite. There was plenty of seating space, which was clean. The eating area and gas station area are separated, which is nice.It is located in a convenient and safe area.

I haven’t had a bad experience here and food is always on point. The price could be better, maybe more specials. I used to go to one of three of their $4.99 burger sales Monday-Wednesday, but they jacked the price up almost double.

As I visited triplo's restaurant and my experience at there is too bad becz the staff members do not know how to talk and deal with customers....Especially the one girl who is working over there I don't know her name... She is too rude and don't have any sense....I also share this thing with another People they also said this same thing....I personally also worked at Tim Hortons so my first job is ..always talk politely with customers....So for the next time we will never visit there....so bad experience...

Upgrading from a tepid '3' (explained below, in review from 6mths ago) having since tried their onion rings: WOW, best I've had: well done!Unfortch I couldn't get Frank his chocolate shake here cuz no shakes avail - nor salads either - so I settled for fries, & they weren't nearly as good as I recall White Spot fries [used to be my fave kind!] Sigh.. but @ least there was ketchup in the bag..

Shakes are not made fresh they are made in large batch and kept in the freezer.Hand washing is almost non existent.Every table was dirty. Hamburger buns are stale.
