Very bad experience in this store me and my friend ordered onion rings and it’s uncooked when we do complain they just said it’s fresh that’s why and I am not eating first this my daily routine we always buy onion rings in the morning so I know what’s cooked and uncooked staff is not supportive it’s totally rude and Misbehaving never come to this store it’s my advice.

This is the location that our family always goes too but today the service was slow and the food was awful. The hash brown contain no potato, was just an over cooked mess. The fact that they let it leave the store is shocking.My husband found hair in his breakfast sandwich. Very unfortunate.

Just A Head Up To Those Who Go To Turner Rd A&W
I just went through the drive thru for a mozza meal (with coupon) and breakfast sandwich. The total seemed high so I requested a receipt. I was handed food and drink with receipt doubled fisted out the window as she states, "I overcharge you for drink I'll refund you". I look at receipt and she's not only charged me for an extra drink but fries as well. When I show her she doesn't look at me, tries to argue it and then realizes ya she's over charged me $7.72! She wouldn't look at me, and gave me my money. It all felt very shiesty, like she got caught in trying to rip me off. I could be wrong so ** check your receipts, more importantly ASK for them ** cause she wasn't going to give me mine without me asking.

Always love the Mozza Burger with Rings and a cold root beer!The drive through can be a challenge if the line is long as it can block traffic entering and exiting Cactus Club.There is plenty of parking here if you park facing the Island Highway towards QF.
