Extremely poor service. The girl didn't even acknowledge there were customers standing waiting, however, had no issues looking right us and ignoring us. When asked if they were open she said, in 3 mins... really, 3 mins you have 4 customers and can't be bothered? We all left, because we can't be bothered to purchase your product then.

Slightly inconvenient location if you don’t want to go into the mall, but a must for any shopper inside the mall, and the smoothies are delicious!

Expensive beverage that, although did not taste too bad, gave me a severe sore throat for the rest of my entire day and night likely due to the acidity of the ingredients of the drink. Maybe it's less of a location-specific issue and rather just a recipe issue, but either way, I am dissatisfied to pay for a sore throat.

Rude employee who just casually sits there on her phone and had a terrible attitude. Needs a staff overhaul, the customer service both times I’ve been has been a 0/10.

My Wife received a juice that tasted terrible. Instead of an apology and a replacement offered, the clerk shrugged and asked if she wanted to buy a different one. Poor customer service

Absolutely appalled and shocked with the service I just received. I went in at 4:45 to order a snack size smoothie. Before I was even able to make an order lady with pink hair didn’t even bother to look at me but went into the back throwing her hands in the air saying she’s done with it and won’t do another one. As someone who works in customer service I understand how it is to be working alone. But it could have been handled completely different if she said everythint was cleaned already and she couldn’t take anymore. But instead I was given the biggest stink eye and worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. I will not be going back when she is serving that is for sure. Absolutely terrible. Too bad too as I would have given her a nice tip for making me a delicious smoothie after my long (short staffed aswell) day of work.

On a hot, busy Sunday at noon they are out of at least 2 ingredients. I stopped asking after my first two choices couldn't be made. Horrible customer service nearly every time we go. I see from other reviews that you're often out of things; perhaps a new ordering system is due to make sure this doesn't continue.

I went here this Sunday because I wanted to buy juice for my sister. I was told at 5:25pm that they ran out of oranges so I asked my sister if she would like to get something else, it was not a big deal for us. So I changed my order and then I was informed half an hour before their closing time that they have already sanitized the juice machine and they can’t take my order, that’s not professional at all. I wouldn’t be writing this but the same thing has happened to me last week too. If they are getting paid until closing time I would like to order what’s on the menu. Disappointed with the customer service as well.

I went to order but a young girl was SITTING on the counter texting. I’m sorry but that’s not sanitary and it’s super gross. I will not be coming back.
