Was in for dinner on Monday night ,dinner was great over all Logan was great as well … saying that we did sit there for almost 10 min before Logan acknowledged us . I did ask him how long he’s been serving he said about 7 or 8 years ! I’ve been a server for about 30 years so maybe I’m old school but I did say to Logan that in this industry acknowledgement is key because we almost left …. I hope he didn’t take my comment personally… that wasn’t my intention. We will be back Logan is a good server !!

Unfortunately dining in here was a bad experience based on poor food quality and atmosphere. To start, my menu was covered in some sort of greasy syrup. Our appetiser came out at the same time as our entrees, which was odd and made the table extremely crowded.My pasta add-in wasnt cooked (raw veggies thrown onto pasta, the sauce was watery-thin, while my husbands dish was cooked properly) and my daughters burger was rock solid. I wouldnt have been able to get my teeth through it, let alone my 2.5 year old. Sat next to a huge group of extremely loud children, and a parents table. Chairs being toppled over, yelling etc. It was chaotic and the poor waitresses looked tired. A shame that the management didn't come out to help the staff.The best part of the meal was the appetizer (triple play).Contacted them via their online contact page, clicking the option to be connected to management via email, but the manager never did get in touch. Frustrating. Would not reccomend eating here at this location.

Ordered Boston brute sandwich. Was extremely salty, very very dry, not fresh at all , have had brutes before as they’re one of my favourites but this was a 1.5 on a scale of 1-10 yuccccckkk ate half but couldn’t bear any more ….

Ordered the off -the-menu lasagna for the sake of 1980s nostalgia (their lasagna and ribs were legendary)! It sucked sooooo bad; proving once again that you can never go back ?. Otherwise, the rest of our party seemed satisfied, but they weren't raving about the meals. Dunno why I gave it a '4' rating. 4 'ok' meals should have gotten a lower response. Maybe I'm getting soft in my old age? $150 for 4 meals also seemed excessive. All-in-all, it's better to eat at home. Even KD in the comfort of your own place is better. But if you are going out to eat, Boston pizza is okay.

Every time we’ve gone to the Nanaimo location the service isn’t great, waited 10-15 mins after getting seated on a visibly not very busy day - for a simple glass of water to start. Unimpressed with the servers over all. Can’t help but feel it’s gone downhill.
