I have a slightly lowered vehicle and no matter how careful I drive, the end of their drive-thru is in such a beat up cracked, pot-holed disrepair I can't not bottom out. Then when you make it past the minefield exit there's not one garbage bin anywhere? Are people expected to actually walk-in to their dining area to discard their garbage from getting drive-thru? Household garbage fills up fast enough, why not have a couple around your restaurant which I'm sure would improve overall visual sanitary conditions as I'm sure many are just leaving garbage in the parking lots..

The staff are friendly and polite and do not care about the quality of the food. Super nice people, they work hard, I feel bad complaining, but this is a constant issue with them: the fries.See, here's what's supposed to happen with the fries: they fry them, then leave them to drip drain all the grease out, then they put them in the fry tray and add salt. You always want to clean the fry tray out before adding a new batch, and you don't mix batches, or the tray will collect tons of salt and it'll taste awful.They never clean the tray. I've ordered from this location a dozen times, never once have the fries been anything but salt sticks.Today, I walked there instead of ordering skip. I wanted to talk to them. They were super nice. I could see from in front of the counter, though, how disgusting the fry tray was. Gobs of congealed grease along the side -- they probably don't let the fries drip long enough, on top of never cleaning the fry tray.I asked one of them to try one of the fries, they wouldn't. I showed how salty they were by wiping one fry off on the counter. They offered to make salt-free fries. Look, I'm not asking for no salt. I'm saying, clean that disgusting fry tray. It should take 30 seconds.Again, super nice people. Dare I say, salt of the earth. But their fries need to be wiped off before you can eat them.

Ordered the mix & match $5Omg don’t do it ; did not look like the commercials at all super greasy and not cooked super soggy should of never ate it , put it in my air fryer to cook it better& I’m still sick from it !! Save your money and don’t order from hereVery bad service as well had to say hello to get anyone to take my order at the box
