Was initially told that the food will be ready in 5 minutes. Then after 20 minutes when i asked how long will it take more. Said it will be more 5 minutes. Fine, then the manager arrive with the food after 35 minutes saying you don’t need to ask again and again how much time will it take. Being a doordash driver. We dont get paid for the waiting time and is it too much to ask to know if there’s a long waiting on the food? We can always move to next order and earn !! All other firls were nice and co-operative but Tottaly rude and unfair gesture of the manager, trying to make it a issue, and making me feel uncomfortable. I hope cactus club you’ll do something about this. Thankyou !!

Food is great. However trying to order for pickup is super inconvenient. Not able to call in which means only online ordering in which you have to have an account and there's no option to use a gift card either during an online purchase which wouldn't be an issue if you had the option to pay upon

Find the staff seem burned out and are not giving the quality of service their training tells them to.This seems like a management issue.Half the food and drinks are bland but that's every cactus club, the other half are great, but not quite great enough for the price. I say go to a chain instead where you will get the service for the cost of your food

I can always count on having an outstanding experience at Cactus Club. You can tell that the food and service are set at a very specific standard.My usual go tos are the Szechuan Lettuce Wraps, one of the steak dishes and ending with the Key Lime Pie. I have tried a lot of other dishes on the menu - all top notch.You are always treated like the most important table from when you are seated to when you are leaving
