They could’ve told me they didn’t have the queso dip BEFORE I ordered my pretzel sticks, which were one of few things available (not their fault for that though), but they were still good. Gave me the wrong blizzard too but I honestly like it more than what I ordered so I’m not complaining there.
I am always amazed at how overall dark this food court is unless it is a cloudless day and the sun is directly overhead. That just by itself is a bit of a turnoff to enjoying your fare, but when you add the fact that this DQ is very poorly staffed, it truly detracts from your experience. The employees seem to have a "yeah, whatever" attitude and it really shows in the food and beverages they prepare. I’ve been enjoying the ice cream and Orange Julius treats for many years. They are tasty and made with care by great staff. There is one employee in particular who has been there for years providing quality service. This clearly shows that the employees are happy and as a result, they bring that positive energy to their customers. Well done!
