Half an hour in the drive thru with on 3 cars ahead of me. and then they don't even bother to take your order, just ignore you. I spent 45 minutes there and just drove off in disgust. Went next door to DQ and was in and out in 10 minutes. Won't waste my time

We walked into this KFC to order food, there were 2 customers eating and 2 customers at cash paying for their order. We ordered 2 snack packs and were told 12 minutes. We went to sit down but all tables were dirty. I told the person at counter and he went to clean tables. After 30 minutes, we were finally called to get our order. The chicken was dripping oil so bad my granddaughter burned her hand. The restaurant was dirty with garbage overflowing. The area to get straws for drinks was very dirty. I was so disappointed that I will never go back. Seating looked as though it was never wiped down. It wasn't even busy and they had 5 employees that we could see. This is a disgrace for KFC. I would have given a zero for the above ratings if I could.

If I could give no stars I would. We sat in the drive thru for twenty mins and they never took the order of the people in front of us. THREE cars backed up behind me. I was the forth. At least let people know they need to wait. These girls ahead of me kept asking “hello???” Over and over.

Went there last night for some dinner haven't had it in awhile for some reason they didn't seem to have ingredients to make some of the items we wanted and the they messed up our order three times. The condition of the place is in some need of repairs like missing and broken light shades ripped seats and benches. Definitely will not be going back there it use to be a great place to get chicken

So sloooow. Everytime we go here it's atleast 20min weight. Some guy was really impatient and almost got in a fight fist fight with the staff. Been here 4 times lately and it's all the same experience. Don't go if you're in a hurry.
KFC offered buy one, get one free for buckets of chicken for black Friday. I tried to order in person and they told me it only worked for online orders. I tried to order online and that didn't work because of an error on their end. Then, I spoke to the manager, showed him that the online ordering process doesn't work and he told me there's nothing he could do

Stay away!! This place is the absolute worst! Paid 51.00 including 10% tip ( what a mistake) for 10 PCs of chicken, large fries and large gravy. Chicken was swimming in grease, of the 10 pieces 3 were tiny drumsticks and 3 tiny wings. Fries were dry and rock hard and gravy was tasteless. Are you kidding me 51.00!!!?
