Absolutely doesn't matter when you order or pre-order or if your number is at the top of the list or not constantly getting parked even though I pre-order still have to spend 10 minutes waiting in line no matter what this McDonald's must have the poorest rating of any McDonald's anywhere. And so much for golden brown hash browns and french fries more like white gold totally undercooked.

We moved to Long Lake Heights in June 2023. I was thrilled to be able to walk to McDonald's as I ADORE their ice cream. Every time I had desire for vanilla cones or Sundaes the machine was "broken". Winter came along and I thought this problem would be solved until next year. Today was a great spring day, end of March 2024, but the machine is still broken. Instead of promising that an effort will be made to repair it, the manager told me that it was an old machine that sometimes worked and sometimes not. I'm very disappointed and angry about this kind of customer service.

Coffee was literally creamand hot water only. If you order drive thru you have to make sure you got the right order. This is my 3rd experience already.

Waited quite awhile for service when I was the only one on the customer side and about 6 employees yaking on the other side, ignoring customers. Seems to be more the norm than not anymore.

Their drive-thru is fast and in the multiple visits with my oddball orders, they've gotten it right every time. I've only had to do a pull-over and wait once. The staff isn't always fake customer service cheerful, but they're GOOD, which I'd rather have.It's a McDs, you're not getting gourmet, but you're getting fast, decent, filling, food for a decent price.
Always check your order before leaving. Only real complaint is when they miss items, which happens.

I made the mistake of coming here with my Dad a year after swearing I would never return. This has to be be the worst McDonalds in town, painfully slow food, inaccurate orders, pop machines are out of order. This place makes me sad, stay away and drive to Parksville, which is much better.

This branch of McDonald’s is not good I always experience missing items /incorrect …because my little son fan of McDonald’s almost everyday I’m not going home without McDonald’s …this day I thought I suggest be aware on food that you give it to costumer double check…I feel bad with my fellow Filipino staff in this branch I don’t know if coincidence or intentionally most I can experience (instead 10 pcs nuggets they put on box is 9 sometimes 8pcs …instead a large fries put a medium fries …instead of sprite pure water they put it what kind of worker you hired this time I don’t care if the Filipino staff assigned this shift…unprofessional that’s why I gonna return it the food I’m demanding a refund I return the food they give very disappointing on my part I did this to know and learn not everytime I gonna drive to get the missing item for the Filipino staff in McDonald Rutherford tips ko pra sainyo MAS BALI sobra wag lagi Kulang….
