Went to eat here after work. Sat down and starting eating. As I started eating some bum came in and started rummaging through their garbage cans and eating the food in them. I told the staff, as it was turning me off my food and they didn't care and let him continue. Hope they give their heads a shake.

They give me my order correct 1/10 of the time. It’s not difficult to add pickles to a burger, yet I never get any. Ask for ketchup, don’t get any. Plus, the sugar is never stirred into the coffee.This is the closest location to me and for years the incapability and incompetence is insane. I witnessed an employee who was bagging customer orders with gloves on, she started digging through the garbage with the same gloves for a receipt, and almost went back to working with them still on until I intervened. So not good safe.McDonald’s hard slacking with the training these days, such a shame.

This was my first time at this McDonald's and it will be my last for sure, unless I just caught them on a bad day let's just say I was disgusted by the state of this McDonald's, not a single clean table in sight, trash over filling, and when we got our food, the bread for the burger had mold on it. I was blown away, either way, I'd suggest heading to a different one.

McDonald's in Nanaimo deserves a solid 5 stars! Their breakfast options are absolutely delicious, and the coffee is always on point. The cheeseburger I ordered was disgusting. The other food was good, but the cheeseburger I ordered with no pickles was put together sloppy. Ketchup was loaded on and was dripping out of the burger.
