The veal cutlets were perfect, and my spouse had the NEW Buddha Bowl. Cutlets and scalloped potatoes were great, and although the Bowl was not something she would normally order, my wife was super happy she got it. It was way too much to finish, but it was one of the best meals so far on this vacation. Definitely recommend.

Had wor wonton soup. The wontons themselves were large and tasty but the broth itself was weak and tasteless. I brought it home after eating very little and tuned up the broth myself. Added hoisin sauce and sesame oil and that was all it needed.

The food was delicious , the service was bad, I think the restaurant is entertaining with walls loaded with nostalgia . Probably a very fun place to go .We were passing through town . Now I know where not to stop. It was that unpleasant like we were intruding. So ?
Server was the only pleasant experience. Ribs were reheated with a microwave and scalloped potatoes has raw onions in it and it was smothered in cheese sauce and mushy not baked. Got a refund on the Ribs and ordered a small bowl of wonton soup. Bacon mac n cheese was priced at 28.00 and was also containing raw onions and the same cheese sauce as the scalloped potatoes. Didn't send it back and when a complaint was presented to the manager it was then recognized with a 20% discount for a bowl of mac and cheese with uncooked onions that cost them $3 to make 5 days ago I'm sure. Do not go here. Service by server was amazing but someone needs management lessons and cooking lessons. Severely disappointed.

Had an amazing dinner. Was craving Alfredo since morning and went straight to Mrs. Riches restaurant to satisfy my cravings. Interesting interior and well experienced staff. I was so full that I missed out on there cheesecake. But definitely next time.

Food is always amazing !If you have never been you must go well worth the travel it's the best dine in restaurant in nanaimo .Amazing chef's food is Always hot big portions and freindly servers?Vegetarian options: You can substitute any buger with a veg pattie instead they make a new big Buddha bowl that's all veg! you can also ask for lettuce instead of buns ,Mediterranean wontons are a good vegetarian option ,Soup is a option made with wholesome vegetables also fries onion rings Salads lots of optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten free ,dairy free optionsParking: Quite often parking is taken by the boxing club next door makes it a little tricky to find parking sometimesKid-friendliness: Lots of good kids food choices, nice atmosphere, crayons and pepper for coloring?Wheelchair accessibility: Double entry doors no stairs .Tables accessible close to the door.

My boyfriend and I ordered pick up and the lady on the phone interrupted me and talked over me and it led to our order being wrong. Unfortunately by the time we got home with the food and saw the mistake, they were closed. So we were charged for a gross soup we didn't order or eat. Also, the "crispy" onions on my bacon onion burger were rubbery and inedible. I had to remove them to eat my burger. Definitely an experience that won't have us craving this place again for a long, long time
