This was the worst Hawaiian Pizza ever.......however the owner phoned me and said he would correct the serious mistake. He went the extra extra mile and made the perfect (not Hawaiian) pizza. Plus threw in a bunch of extras including large drink. So here is a owner that CARES about his customers. Thank you sir !

We bought this cold, one hour late pizza tonight. They did NOT make it as ordered. ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL... It was the worst...UPDATE... Door Dash fixed it, but DO NOT order from this restaurant !!And I responded to the below request, but CRICKETS... So that is a weak lie....UPDATE... someone from Papa John's tried to respond publicly on Goodle, and then disappeared and never bothered to deal with the problem....

Today was the worst pizza I've had in Nanaimo and it's not particularly close, and I'm including oven baked frozen pizza because at least I can be assured it's properly cooked and not a doughy mess. $52 for 2 pizzas undercooked by about 6 minutes I presume..maybe longer. Bland sauce, not real mozza, which is expected by a chain such as this but when you add that to the other problems, it just makes this the worst pizzas we've ever encountered.Never again.

Fantastic service. They went above and beyond tonight with my order. Slight hiccup on one pizza and they corrected immediately before I even noticed gave me the pizza that was slightly over cook at no cost and a coupon for next time order. Highly recommend.
Delicious, hot food every time I've ordered from here, no complaints. Drivers follow instructions, too.

Supper dissapointed in everything i orderd today. Its been since atleast 2018 since ive orderd from here and papa johns usualy is good pizza but after today i will be ordering from there again. Pizza was so bland and supper heavy. It was suppose to be there garlic stuffed crust pizza and it was just bad. The wings aswell were chewy and slimmy. Even the oreo desert was meh witch is disapointing but the only thing my family could finish. You would think for over $60 of only 3 things it would be edable for the most part.
