Dear Manager,I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your store earlier today at exact 4:16pm. As a frequent customer of Starbucks, I had high expectations when I ordered one of my favorite drinks. However, upon tasting it, I was thoroughly disappointed to find that it lacked any flavor and seemed to be missing the brown sugar that is a key component of the beverage. Moreover, I was taken aback by the lack of politeness exhibited by the crew member who took my order. Their demeanor was far from courteous, and it made the entire experience even more unpleasant.I must emphasize that this was my first time ordering from your branch, and based on this experience, I am reluctant to return or recommend it to others. Customer service plays a crucial role in the success of any business, and unfortunately, it was severely lacking during my visit.I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously and address the issues I have raised. Improving the quality of service and ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy should be a top priority for your establishment.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see positive changes implemented soon.I attached the photo of the drink to show that there is NO brown sugar syrup in it.

Cramped sitting area inside chapters. It is loud and difficult to find a table. The clear curtained wall separates Starbucks from Chapters even when both are open, creating a closed in space.

Customer service is okay. They made my drink right though. Good job.

there have been many times where this Starbucks will get my drink wrong. This time they got my personal cup all sticky almost made my second drink wrong and made my first wrong. When I told the barista about it she just said multiple times that's not what's on the sticker and I had to say multiple times that what I ordered was not put onto the sticker and to please make it how I ordered it. Junko, I believe her name is came over and understood what happened with the drink in the personal cup, washed out the drizzle, which I have never ordered or wanted in my drink and remade it properly. I really don't like this Starbucks, they constantly make mistakes especially when they are not busy and then try to fight the customer about what is on the sticker and what I ordered. This never happens to me at another Starbucks on the island and if it wasn't for Junko this experience would have been even worse.

They need more staff on early mornings. My food was cold by the time I received my beverage.

Big yum! Drinks are always delicious and the few food items I've tried are pretty tasty too! The price is always a kick in the rear, but as a treat, totally worth it!

Always a pleasure. A perfect integration of technology and service. Order ahead and beat the line, or sit in and enjoy the cozy atmosphere. The coffee is delicious, the staff are outstanding and the location is perfect.

I dropped in late on a stormy Sunday afternoon for a tall Americano, black, and a pumpkin spice muffin ($8.45 +tip). The coffee and muffin were great, the cashier friendly and efficient, and the baristas clearly overworked -- I don't know how they all managed to keep up that pace for so long. After standing in line for 20 minutes, practically on top of seated patrons, and waiting more for my coffee, I bypassed the crowded seating and took my treats over to the bus exchange to make sure I didn't miss my bus home -- and eat in peace.Wheelchair accessibility: The door on the Chapters side has a button for automatic opening; I didn't see one on the Starbucks side. Once inside, I could get around OK with my walker, but a wheelchair user would find people looming over him as he waits in line, and when the place is crowded, probably have difficulty getting a space to eat comfortably.

Hey guys. Avid Starbucks customer here. I love your location. Right in a book shop. Can’t be more convenient to a reader like me. Also, kudos to staff. You always do a good job on my orders. No complaints in that. :) Because you’re situated in a book store, I see a lot of people reading in your store while enjoying their coffee or favorite drink. For me the music playing in the background is just too loud that it’s no longer background. It’s too distracting and I see people trying to engage in meaningful conversations but had to talk over each other because of the music. Maybe it will help if you toned it down a bit. And how about something instrumental. Something soothing. Okay. Back to my reading. :)

It was lovely. Grabbed an americano and purchased a new book. Friendly staff. Drink was wonderful. That being said…I love the people who go for a coffee and all they can do is complain about how long it took…these drinks are not “fast food” most of us can’t even pretend to operate the espresso machines but think it’s okay to criticize and complain about the time it takes…other than that you’re probably super good vibes

Awful slow service. Forgot my order then when I asked, I was made to look foolish by the staff there. I began to count and stopped after 8 people behind me in line left with their drink. I was made to feel like I was being a nuisance asking why 8 people behind me got their cold drinks before me when all I ordered was a tall americano. When the employee finally made it, she forgot the cream and filled it up to the top with hot water. I asked for my refund $4.04 and left.

It was too cold! While I appreciate air conditioning on a hot day, I had actual goosebumps. Brrr. It was so uncomfortable.
