The two ladies that work here are so nice and adorable. I think it is family owned. The yellow curry is my favourite and I loved going there for lunch specials before covid.

I have struggled to find a good Thai restaurant, then a friend recommened here. Wow, finally found a great Thai restuarant. The coconut soup, was amazing. I am a huge fan of their Pad Thai. Great for a quick dinner or a night out.

We ordered dinner for pick-up tonight and everything was great right from the start! The food was ready on time and packaged well. When we ate dinner it smelled appetizing and everything was excellent! We had spring rolls which were tasty and nicely crispy, prawn pad thai which is my favourite and this did not disappoint. The prawns were a good size and cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavourful and ample, and we had the chicken cashew with rice which was delicious with nice vegetables and the sauce was not too spicy but just right! We will definitely order from here again and would absolutely recommend them to other diners. Thank you for cooking for me tonight!

This is one of my favourite Thai restaurants in Nanaimo. The food is consistently delicious and their lunch menu can’t be beat. I eat here at least once per week for lunch and occasionally for dinner. Highly recommended.

The food here is so good!! I always get the basil fried rice, yum! The staff are also friendly and efficient. I've only had great experiences and I definitely recommend Thai Orchid!

This restaurant is open for take-out and delivery only right now, due to covid-19, but we really enjoyed our take-out meal for a family birthday dinner. All dishes ordered were ready when promised and were tasty, hot and fresh. We'll be ordering from here again.

We always have consistently great food here, and just love the owners and friendly staff! The ambiance is nice, basic tables and seating, but the wood building and Thai decor gives it a true Thai feeling. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoy their food and staff!
