My partner doesn't usually like Tim Hortons but the kind service we got here on Friday evening around 730 PM impressed both of us. We didn't catch his name, but the gentleman with the ponytail is very efficient and customer service oriented. It was very appreciated, thank you. He is clearly an asset to your location.

Everyone that works there is so friendly and nice especially some of the people but that might be because i go there all the time with friends and i love all the food and workers, the atmosphere in there is one i love being in. Everything is amazing as there is nothing i would change.

Sorry the staff needs to pay better attention to detail and managers need to train their staff before letting them handle important, customers orders incase of allergy issues and certain requirements.

Went in to get a simple sandwich and it took almost 20 minutes while drive thru was backed up and everyone waited a long time for anything. Not coming here again, terrible, awful service. If I could get my money back I would. So not worthit, and sandwich was cold and had stuff on it I didn't want.

It's nice they've been able to add a drive thru, but it really needs some form of sound barrier (brick wall, hedge, etc) added between the ordering speaker and the highway as it's way too noisy when trying to place the order.

I’m normally a Starbucks person . But this particular Tim hortons location is superior to any other I’ve been to . The staff are always kind , always friendly , they go above and beyond by making my special requests , upgrading my drinks for free . They are so nice and appreciate you coming unlike other Tim hortons that could care less that are there and would rather you leave and never return , most don’t say hi or bye or thank you , most get my drink orders wrong . I have always had a pleasant experience at this location and will drive out of my way to go to it .Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps , bathrooms , automatic door openers , and wheelchair accessible parking is all offered at this location !
Went through the drive thru before work this morning and ordered a coffee and a 4 cheese breakfast bagel with just sausage and bacon. What I got was a blt sandwich on a regular bagel. I went inside and they swiftly replaced my order! Only problem? They gave me another damn blt but used a 4 cheese bagel instead ?. Didn't have the time to go in a third time...
