Ordered hamburger with mushrooms and there were no mushrooms on it and the meat tasted awful. Didn’t finish it. The other order was for 2 chicken wraps that had dry cubed chicken with 1 small piece of lettuce. Very dry. Didn’t even eat the 2nd one.

Wendy's is a great value for fast food. The meat wasn't frozen, and that does matter. The patties are square in case you're really into trying to teach your kids geometry. Maybe they listen to you.The reality is, you go to Wendy's because it's easy and sometimes, that's what you need. Your kids are hungry and you want so much to be ready to provide a healthy home-cooked meal, and sometimes you're just not up for it, so they get Wendy's. The new peppermint frosty is sweet-tasting and uncomplicated, allowing your mind to wander to the bigger questions, like... "Am i trying to buy my kids' love with fast food?" And the realization that you can't buy your kids' love with food. You buy their respect -- they need food to live and you provide that -- but that doesn't mean they love you, and maybe they never will, so why are you trying so hard to impress them? You have to beg them to eat anything green with the same earnest concern that makes you beg them NOT to eat paste or sidewalk chalk, so why are you trying to play three star chef for them? Is it because you love them? And if you love them, and they don't love you back, what does that say about you, that you break your back trying to please them? So some days, yeah, you phone it in, you run out the clock until it's time to drop them back with their mother, whose love you also wonder if you ever really felt. You wonder if she's teaching them to be cold towards you, but what's the point in fighting it? She's with them all the time, she's their mother, and you can't compete with that. Besides, is loving you so natural that if your kids don't love you, there's something wrong with them? Are you so great that loving you should be automatic? Really, you try because you don't know how to stop trying, and when you figure it out, everyone will be better off, but until then you and they are just running out the clock until it's time to go back.And on days like that, thank God for Wendy's.

The service and the employees are terrible, the cashier does not talk at all and the food is not done correctly, they give you the food without any of the consideration that you detailed at the beginning, also they forget your order the second time that you ask to be done correctly, terrible service.
Wendy's is normally one of my favorite fast food restaurants because of their delicious fresh, never frozen beef and their spicy chicken.My latest visit to this location however left much to be desired. As usual, the burger was practically perfect: hot, juicy, plenty of cheese, and fresh toppings.Everything else, however, was just not good.I ordered a side of chicken nuggets and when they arrived they were cold. Not warm, cold. I returned them and asked for a fresh order and the young man at the front went to the heat lamp and grabbed another container of them and it was also cold. I ended up requesting that they make some fresh and for my trouble. I got two sets of rolled eyes and an exasperated sigh of compliance. The chili they served me had maybe five chunks of beef in the whole thing and three beans. It was basically just a chili flavoured broth. It was also lukewarm at best but at this point I didn't have it in me to go back and argue with them for a fresh serving so I just discarded it and left.

You guys lose points at service..why do you make ppl wait so long? Staff talking to friends in front and SUPER LAZY unimpressed manager wiping the sleep in her eye with a phone to her face. If I owned this store I'd get a better manager. I'll skip this location forever.

Cold soggy fries, and very greasy JBC. Somehow the outside of the burgers wrapper was super greasy. Food was quick and staff was friendly, but I'll go to McDonald's instead next time.
