I appreciate their vegan options, though limited. The staff was very friendly but the food took over an hour to get to our table even though we ordered when the place was pretty empty, and most of our food was either cold or room temperature. I asked for a vegan meal but they put mayo on my dish. Maybe I was just unlucky but it was not a great experience! :/

Hey! It's a White Spot. It's a chain restaurant, but I've never had any unexpected surprises and if I'm traveling, I know what to expect and that's all I really want. Food quality is good and the BC menu is varied enough for my liking. I'll always see something on the menu that will appeal to me. No doubt, I'll be back again.

My hubby and I ate dinner at White Spot, on Terminal Rd., Nanaimo.Excellent Service, Delicious food, and we had a super server, Shane!While eating our meal, we watched the Super Bowl iIt was a very relaxing atmosphere and we enjoyed our experience very much!

Very slow service over 45 min still no food lots of delivery going out the door. North end restaurant was same last week I love the chicken pot pie so will hang out this time but writing this place of the list hour and a half plus is too long for lunch.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. Originally ordered from this spot back in August. Was told to phone when we were in the parking lot for someone to bring us our order. As soon as we got home, we realized they forgot a large portion of our order. We phoned right away and they apologized and offered to send a gift card to which we agreed. A few months pass and we realize the gift card has not arrived. I phoned again, and the gentleman I spoke with apologized and offered to deliver us a meal. We agreed and he stated he would make a note for when we were ready for it. I call again tonight to place an order for my family and collect my free item, and low and behold there are no notes and the "service manager" cannot confirm we will do this tonight. He will speak to his general manager tomorrow. What good does that to? Tired of the constant run around. I hope your company is happy with taking my money and not providing me with the food. Done with you guys.

White spot what is going on?? I was a loyal customer. Was! Made reservations but they recorded it wrong. We all travelled a long ways to meet. Mother In-law is immune compromised so asked for a low traffic seating.. and they asked Why?? Inappropriate.. then put us in front of the kitchen like a staff hyw. We ordered of a completely changed menu that included a Christmas dinner at the end of January. OK? I ordered the trust worthy chicken Alfredo that had no Alfredo sauce but half the normal size and $5 more than normal soaked in a bowl of oil mixed with frozen spinach and dry toast. We all looked at our $20 plus meals and said..TV dinner.. lol My wife’s parents sat for 20 minutes w/o forks even when we requested them. NO hand sanitizer stations NO WHERE?? Needless to say White spot you Lost our business. Shame on the White Spot upper management. What ever happen to real made food and qualified cooks with attention to care. I guess white spot corporate things we have no taste for quality and quantity. Another BC restaurant to join the pre made fast food parade at half the portions and double the price.

Disappointing today. Food arrived cold. Several groups of 5 and 6 people that are not from same family. One group of 6 different seniors that did not live together, 2 groups that intermingled by the bathroom where we were seated eating diner.Not enough covid rules being followed so I won't go back. The service was good.
