I’m surprised with the current reviews here. I for one have had a great experience here. The store was fully stocked. The coffee facilities were clean. On one of the visits there was a small que appearing as everyone wanted to get served at once, what appeared to be the manager or owner came behind the counter and served me to speed up the queue. He also informed me about a buy one get one free deal on my item as well as directing me to where the microwave is.Overall, I have had good experiences at this gas station.

Store and exterior are very dirty. Shelves often poorly stocked, food about to expire or has expired. Not hard to clean up better. Hope they can pull their act together.

I purchased two milk drinks and found out they were rancid when I got home. They weren't even to expire for another month. Coolers are seldom cold and I suspect the milk wasn't stored in refrigeration before going on the shelf.The store inside and out is really dirty. There was product on the floor on my last visit.Prices are absent on many products and those that do have prices are a lot more expensive than anywhere else by $1-$3.This is by far the scummiest gas station I've ever been in.

Terrible... Never have pizza stocked, people crowding the building at all hours, there's always a drug deal going on outside so I guess that's a plus, at least I can pick up my redbull and ketamine at the same place 2/5, its not like I have anywhere else to go. Possibly the worst 7/11 I've ever been to

I would give 2.5 stars but i was left with either 2 or 3. Being the only service open durring the nighttime in nelson would be a challenge especially with abunch of the junkies and rude people that come in and litter all over the place. I think that the outside should be constantly cleaned up more often to avoid the bears and the skunks that are all over town. Sadly yeah ur gunna get scum that walk in no matter what but you gotta keep the place clean to avoid wildlife. Its not a good look for my town either. I wanna come in for some hot food but everytime I go in, the oven is getting cleaned out and there is no food. Especially on a saturday night. Missed opportunity for a sale. Coffee section is usually disgusting and I find the workers arent very helpful or care about what what I ask about. Asked for a juul vape and they ended up selling me a charger instead and its all they had. Asked for a refund but they wouldnt do it for me even though they scammed me and I didnt even leave the building yet.

Store was disgustingly dirty. Slushy Machine area grimpy and gross. Everything in the cooler was not even remotely cold. Gas was 5 cents more expensive. Cashier was rude and short for no apparent reason. Overall a bad experience.
I have been going to this 7 11 for years and not once have they let me down, they are always nice to me and greet me with smiles. I wish they would make sure their coffee station is stocked which it usually is but sometimes they might forget to restock their lids for coffee and such but most of the time it's quick and easy, keep up the good work you guys ?

Once again another horrible 711 , trash all around even when staff are not so busy they don’t clean .Also the bathroom is out of order every single day and when I asked the staff why the bathroom is always out of order I was given a dirty look and completely ignored .Why can’t 711 find people with respect ?I will most certainly be taking ALL my business somewhere else even if it means waiting till morning cause another place is closed
