We had family come into town and we reserved at All Seasons and had an amazing dinner. There was a special on with lots of options - we of course asked about all the options and swapping (it included appetizer, main, and dessert). The staff was excellent, the ambience on the deck was perfect, we had two tables close together and we swapped places at times, and they brought out a little candle for the birthday celebration part. The specials were really affordable given the full meal that was included. Each of us enjoyed our meals. My entire family (some who came from out of town) remarked how much they enjoyed the experience.

Great preparation and amazing value!! From the service to the food, the meal was excellent. We had five dishes and all of them were well prepared! Great flavours. So glad we chose this for our only meal in town!

I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a restaurant meal as much as I did last night at All Seasons. The service by the owner Paul was professional, friendly and attentive topped only by the fabulous food. We are looking forward to coming back to Nelson to return for another great meal!! Thanks Paul for keeping up with your reputation!

Well hidden, you have to know about it if you want to find it... Other than the regular menu we found they had three different options for dinner with a starter (bisque ir salad), one main, and dessert of choice, all for 35$, which is a good deal considering the mains are already around 25$ Both starters were just okay, and as mains we got the steak wrapped in bacon with mushrooms risotto (was yummy!!) and the halibut with carrot purée (also good). Liked the place and the food, and service was quite attentive. Jars of water left on the table could be little bigger :) just to leave a room for improvement note

Arrived at 6pm on a Saturday evening without a reservation, despite the place being completely empty at the time were quite snobbishly and coldly turned away by the manager who just said “reservation-only” with no reason or explanation then glared till we left. Left a really bad impression and will be telling our Nelson friends and future visitors about the experience. Couldn’t comment on the food as we never had the opportunity to enjoy it, the menu looked fabulous though....My response to the comments made by the owner below:It was not that we expected to get in on a Saturday night without a reservation during COVID to a clearly popular spot for locals and tourists alike— we understand that aspect of it... what we were not impressed with was just the rudeness and snobbiness in which we were turned away. It didn’t seem fitting with what looked like a lovely spot to dine.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary supper. Our daughter called a few days before to make a reservation on the patio, since my husband has a compromised immune system. When we arrived at restaurant, we said we had a reservation on patio and the waiter said “oh it’s a little cool outside” and he sat us down at a table. If we thought it was too cool outside we wouldn’t have asked to sit out there. We almost left right away but saw only a few tables with people so we stayed. However, during our meal tables were filling up. Waiter didn’t wear mask, no one did. And no social distancing at all, it made us feel uneasy. Otherwise, they had a very limited menu and from reading prior reviews we decided to go with 3 course meal specials. The bisque and bread was delicious. I had halibut which was good but I didn’t like the sides. My husband had beef tenderloin which was really good. Desserts were awesome. Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

The atmosphere and layout of the restaurant is very welcoming and comfortable. The service was very friendly, informative which made for an all-around 10 out of 10 experience. Honesty goes a long way and that's what you get from the servers and the food at this restaurant. Our meals came out in great time considering how busy the restaurant was. All the food looked delicious as we creeped on different tables. Our meals were delicious and had beautiful presentationKeep up the good work and hopefully we can come back soon

We had been recommended to try all seasons cafe. We come to Nelson annually and love the restaurants and service at the places we frequent. After being told to try all season Café we were left with our only negative experience. I looked up the menu online and it had a variety of plates to try as well as nice wine list. Upon arriving the welcome received was definitely unwelcoming. Our server dropped a plastic menu off and quickly hurried away. The menu online was completely different and much larger than the small limited menu we were presented with. When I inquired as to the online menu being larger the server rudely replied everything is larger online. I asked if they had the smoked tuna carpaccio as I wasn’t completely clear as per his response He said they have scallops. Moral of the story. Don’t go here. There are so many fantastic restaurants in Nelson. Ie: marzano (italian) pitchfork (next door to ASC) relish, Hume hotel. Cantina el central. The only disappointment

The actual menu did not correspond to what is on the web site but it was equally diverse and interesting. There were three fixed price three course meals offered, two sea food and one beef and all sounded great. Both the paella and the halibut were excellent and the bisque appetizer and flat bread were truly outstanding. The owner is very attentive and ensures a lovely environment on the cozy patio. Great value.

Cute little restaurant , a bit tricky to find. Look down the alley ( Herridge Lane) about half way to see the sign. My husband had the bisque, steak and mushroom risotto and the brulee for desert - they were all excellent. I had the veggie burger which I would not recommend. The service was pretty good.

Just visited All Seasons for the first time last night. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. We were served by the Owner of the establishment and he was amazing. Him and one other server did the entire establishment with food continually coming out at a perfect pace. At one point I watched this gentleman make an espresso, shake an amazingly good martini and deliver 2 tables of food at once. It was like watching Superman if he retired from saving the world and settle down with a quaint little restaurant nestled into a gorgeous little mountain town in the Kootenays. To top it all off the food was to die for, the pricing was exceptional ($35 3 course menu, paella was the best I have ever had and I’m in the seafood industry ) and the ambiance was romantic yet vibrant. Well done to this man running a top notch business and doing a service to his community.
