The staff are as incredible as the food. Do yourself a favor and eat here. The crunchy chicken burger and noodle salad are my faves! The battered chicken wings are the best in town!

Wonderful dinner with friends. Had the ginger beef and it was delicious. The Halifax Donair was suprisingly tasty! The Mediterranean salad is very good. We also tried some local beer as well. Varied drink menu offers alot of choices. Service was top notch! Our server Misa made excellent food recommendations as well as things to do locally! Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was great, seating was amazing with wrap around booths and tables. Plenty of options for food. Wait staff (Misa) was both personable and quick! She made excellent recommendations for our meals and was able to give us information on other things to see and do in the area! This has quickly become my favorite place for dinner in Nelson BC. I can't say enough about the food. Hopefully my pictures show up on this review! The food was so good I Ordered it twice over!

For those looking for a more upscale dining experience, there is a separate area available. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean, with friendly service and servers. The food was good, but I had a burger that was half the size of the bun. Felt a little ripped off. Server schooled me when I questioned if I had received the right beer, which tainted the experience.
Cheffy did a spectacular job making our meal, and the service was phenomenal - had calamari, ginger beef and my beau had salmon… followed by blueberry cobble - most excellent indeed! Highly recommended!

This was our second year visiting Nelson for a hockey tournament/ team dinner. Jackson’s hole was phenomenal with our large (chaotic) group of almost 60. Wonderful with children, patient, organized and kind. All staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. Thank you once again for having our oliver crew ❤️ the south okanagan rattlers had a blast

Absolutely amazing! This was our first stop on a short trip to Nelson. The atmosphere was great; warm and cozy. The Beef Dip was probably the best I've ever had, and our server/bartender Carlos's service was fantastic.Best hole around!
