Cozy atmosphere, great coffee, and unique interior! I’ve gone back year after year hoping for at least one vegan savoury breakfast option (anything with avocado, tempeh, hummus etc. etc.).. But there aren’t any options at all. Something I would expect and hope to see at a place like this.

Always busy, but somehow we always got a seat. The coffee was amazing (I tried the Americano and oat cappuccino) as well as the soup, Bagels and yummy baked goods. Clearly we went back a few times ?
Food is great and it is one of the hang-outs in Nelson. Personally, I find Oso's coffee too intensely roasted, but that does not diminish it's popularity. A must if you visit Nelson!

What a nice little coffee shop! Stopped by in the morning for breakfast and it was bustling, clearly a local favourite. There is a full menu for breakfast and lunch in addition to baked goods.Now I am back for tea and reading and it seems a few others are doing the same.Very nice! Will be back for sure.

A beautiful place to grab a coffee, there was not a lot of selection for food when I got there. So I grabbed a brownie, it was yummy. They are not serving ice coffees anymore, so you can only have warm drinks. (Weird, It is a warm autum day. ) Overall a pretty place, staff upfront were talking to each other and on their phones so service took alittle while longer then it should....but overall a nice little coffee house with a beautiful atmosphere☕️

We had a good visit checking out Oso Negro. The coffee is good and the service was fast. The atmosphere in this cafe is nice too. Definitely would recommend checking this spot out.
